This property was in a perfect location for my family. We love being beside the sea & having pool facilities but also enjoy somewhere quiet. This property is within walking distance of the beach which can be accessed via a gate & then a short walk. It’s also a very secure property which is gated to the front & the rear. They had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including a jacuzzi bath, an iron & hairdryer. The owner communicated with me more or less as soon as I’d made the booking & even organised our transfers. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Tracey who gave us the keys & a tour of the property. The pool area is beautiful & there’s no hogging of sun loungers which I was very pleased about. This property is located between the old & new town. You can easily walk to the new town or the old town via the beach or get a taxi or tuk tuk.

The location is excellent very close to the beach's, restaurants, bars, shop's and the old town. The apartment is very well equipped and has a large sunny terrace with great views of the beach and over looking a gorgeous pool area. The complex is quiet and private. This is a fantastic apartment if you are looking to be close to everything and also get a good night sleep. Will definitely be going back and using this apartment again. Thanks' to Tracey for all her help.

Excellent location, good facilities for self-catering in the apartment. Clean and Tracy made sure we were well looked after. Nice pool if you like to stay around one or only 200m from the beach. We had a 3rd floor room, which also had good views. Would definitely stay here again.

the location was great.the view was perfect
The bathroom needs a total renovation. The tub grout was moldy. The layout is awkward. No towel racks. Put the mop someplace else. Mattress cover is plastic and makes noise and is uncomfortable. The front door was broken and has to be replaced. Tracey's husband secured it the best he could but something more permanent is needed.

Perfect location, very quiet and peaceful, lovely pool, very safe and secure, great views of the beach and Albufeira
Although perfectly clean with a lovely powerful shower, the bathroom is looking a bit tired now and could do with updating. The tap in the bathroom sink is terrible and barely goes into the sink causing water to flow out the back when you wash your hands.

The location of the property was amazing, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment was also very modern and featured everything we required for our stay

The owner and his agent were very kind and accommodating. As a family we needed certain things like a cot and a high chair, which were supplied with no fuss. The apartment had a great pool, with a kids pool and changing facilities as well. The beach was basically on the door step. For a small family of 3/4 I would recommend it no problem.

The tap for the bathroom sink doesn’t reach far enough over the sink to wash your hands creating a real mess with water everywhere. should be a longer spout. we used the bidet to wash our hands. shower tap in the bath not easy to use either with the pull up function.Bathroom itself though was spacious.

loved these private apartments for the duration of our 10 day stay, Tracy was there to greet us with the keys and showed us around the apartment and advised if we needed anything to contact her any time of the holiday. the washing machine and dishwasher was definitely a bonus as no dishes to stand and wash, the balcony was a great size and we sunbathed a few times as got the sun from about 1pm to very late at night, apartment was spotlessly clean and loved the idea we could wash the towels every second night. we could get a sun lounger around the pool at any time of the day in the month of May. the view of the Atlantic ocean and pool view was breath taking, we could actually see the Fisherman's beach which is located in the old town, a 10 minute walk along the beach which is located through electric gates at the back of these apartments. and also lovely restaurant on beach front. the strip is literally 4 minutes walk from Barracuda apt, Our departure flight home was later in the afternoon and it was not a problem for Tracy to give us a late check out, in fact we enjoyed our stay at Quinta Barracuda that much we have booked again for 2023, and we have stayed in a few hotels/apartments in Albufeira over 20 years so thank you Ramesh and Tracy for finding our perfect place
a sun lounger would be perfect bonus to sunbathe on balcony, apart from that everything else was just perfect in every way

The location was perfect for the beach and the local clubs, pubs and restaurants
The bed linen was old and was not very clean, it should have been replaced before we arrived as the pillows were stained. Luckily the apartment had a washing machine and tumble dryer but it did not remove the stains!!!
