Only one toilet and sink for two sink (shared) Only 3 showers with low pressure Walls were thin so it was loud Windows tinted so you couldn’t get any sunlight

Great stay at Otohaya! The staff were friendly and I have no complaints about the room. The shared kitchen also had enough to prepare meals in the evening.

The walls were a little thin - I could clearly hear my neighbours talking. There's also no bin in the room, I had to go down from the fourth floor to the first for any waste I had.

only 2 showers and 2 toilets working curtains in room were sheer so light would shine through easily dirty showers thin walls had to pay for a bath towel but they only provided hand towels instead internet did not work

Blanket was a little stink

as always, the staff and the owner are just friendly and helpful people that will go the extra mile! The kitchen and lounge are like a living room where you can cook and eat and even just hang out. The rooms might be shared, but each bed has its own little lamp so you can live on your time and schedule and the shower rooms are nice, clean and big! The area is away from the hustle of the Mainstation but just a quick 7 Minute walk gets you to restaurants, bars, Osu kannon and the supermarket. It's just a perfect location with great people and a lot of things to do if you get bored in the evenings after a day of work or exploring.

it’s quite cheap of a price so don’t expect too much. the windows are not insulated and so are the walls so you hear every single thing. I didn’t felt comfortable there. But again, it’s so cheap that you can’t really complain too much

Very friendly staff! The location is quite convenient, fairly close to Nagoya station even by foot. I really liked the wall paintings inside the facility, they give it a more at-home and welcoming vibe.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The 1st floor had a kotatsu, the basement was nice with a bar and multiple guitars. Lots of books to read also(mostly Japanese). Hosts were nice people.

Bunk beds a little squeaky. Heaters not on during 10:30 to 3:30(not a huge deal). Little cold through whole place(not rooms, during winter ).
