Clean and comfortable bedrooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location, felt safe

Bathroom needs a bath mat - it was slippery and dangerous. Shower fitting was loose and the shower slipped out twice. Not the hotel's fault but the area is very noisy at night.

The best thing about it is location! Close to the pier and marina. There are shopping and eating spots nearby. Another good thing was the adjacent street parking. There is also paid parking across the street if needed.

Staff were very underwhelming. Basically no interaction or explanation of hotel amenities or features. We had a package sent to the hotel and staff were not even aware it had arrived and that it was in our name. If we had not asked we might had missed it. No help at all. Finally, although the room had a bath it was obviously improvised, so room distribution and comfort was not great. Wifi was slow.

Location wise - perfect. Basically a great hotel to use as a base and close to all amenities and the beach/train station/port and key sights.

Only stayed for one night. Good location near the marina.

No hot water when we showered. It was also very very loud at night.

Didn't have towels initially, then got wet towels. The room is dirty, the hotel is very poorly run. You get what you pay for I suppose but pretty disappointing overall.
