The breakfast was good and met our expectations.. The price paid and the standard of the property are fair. The location was excellent for what we were looking for which was rest and this expectation was very much fulfilled. Would very much recommend this location for others and would go there again if in Ghana and looking for a rest.

Outside of their control but the access road to the property but this is due for remedy by the authorities in the near future. I see from a couple of recent reviews that people were not happy with the property. I was there at the same time and disagree strongly with their assessment. I do not understand their complaints as this is far from our experience which was extremely good

I strongly recommend you remove this place from your listings. It is not suitable. There was nothing I like about it.

Everything! This place requires serious reinvestment in it for it to be representative of your clients. It needs major renovations in all areas.

The staff was very nice! The room was okay! Also the dinner in the evening was delicious! It's a quiet and peaceful place!

The bathroom was'nt very clean .and it would be nice to have some water to clean the feet from the sand returning back from the beach!

It was quiet, and had a beautiful view. The staff, especially the owner Joseph, were fantastic. Joseph lived in England for 30+ years so it was easy to speak English with him. He was cheerful and incredibly helpful suggesting sightseeing places, arranging taxis, explaining how to get to the next town etc. Joseph even accompanied me for a full day visiting the local fishing village and then taking a 3km canoe ride up the lagoon to another village. The room was great. it had a fan, air-con, louvred windows and screens, a fridge, TV, and hot water with a bath and shower. The food was good, but it takes a little time like all the restaurants I’ve experienced in Ghana. I think it is helpful to tell Linda what you want an hour or two in advance. The taxi into Cape Coast was 50 cidies, but you could walk 1 km and take a shared taxi for 5 c. I found it fairly easy to get around. I highly recommend walking down the beach to the east and first watch 60-70 people building fish boats about 200 m from the hotel. Then go 1km further to the fishing village and watch most of villagers pulling in nets from 800 m out. They’ll be singing together as they haul the net in. Then if you want hire someone 50 meters behind the village you can take a canoe for 40 c and travel up the lagoon for 3km and be escorted to another village and back. I had a pretty amazing time here…

The last 1km of road was sandy and bumpy.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Joseph was warm , courteous and helpful. It is more of a beach house or cluster of beach houses. Very serene and close to the beach.

The road access was not great and i can only imagine what rainy season would be like. The cats and dog lingering around the eating area , waiting to be fed some of my food was not nice.

The staff was friendly and catered to our whims. We arrived late and they were still able to make us dinner.

The road to the resort is part dirt and part sand, we nearly got stuck. Signage was not clear to find the place. The bathrooms are in need of a remodel. There is no hand soap at the sink, only a bar in the shower.

The staff was very helpfull and Kind. We arrived late in the evening and the kitchen has already closed. But we got a sandwich.

The Breakfast could be More different.

Breakfast was good. They made us dinner one evening. Very attentive staff. Loved sleeping while listening to the waves.

LEADING ROAD

Joseph and Linda were just the nicest people. They helped us with everything we asked for and were very accommodating. Kind hearted people! The rooms were big with more than enough space and even had a tv. The location is very calm and quiet - you feel connected to the nature.

Perfect place to relax and take it easy some days. Close to Cape Coast and directly by the Sea. Amazing view! Very nice people and staff. Feels like to come to a family, very comfortable to travel with children as well.

Its not possible to reach the place without a driver or a car.

the staff especially Linda made us feel comfortable told us straight away about the deal with aircom which we actually didn’t need as the sea breeze was excellent fresh air

It is a beautiful place to relax and leave the stress from wherever you are coming from behind. Being next to the ocean and hearing the waves at night is very soothing. The owner of the property Joseph is a honest man who will go out of his way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and he will not cheat you.

There should be a microwave in each room.
