What I’d liked about my stay was the staff was very helpful and friendly when I arrived. The location is perfect to commute to beaches and airport. I would recommend this place for someone trying to disconnect from the fast city life.

Maybe more comfortable beds and a fitness center? Other than that I was very happy with my stay here.

The staff and the security

The hospitality the caring especially from front desk staff THE TEAM WORK from Griselis Acevedo charismatic humble person plus on point in any question or services that I needed WE NEED more people like her in the whole hotel.

The staff on the restaurant sucks people attending with attitude total opposite from the staff from front desk or housekeeping, i notice a lot attitude against clients the food it’s was delicious,but the waiting and the long faces from waitress it was getting out my nerves I’m a really disappointed , am a disabled veteran I do usually socialized and I interact with people BUT THE LONG FACES all the way thru my 2 nights it was annoying and not need for a person that it’s paying and tipping them for the service even tho THE WHERE GIVING ATTITUDE to clientele up to that point started feeling uncomfortable there. IF U GUYS ASK ME WICH PART FROM THE HOTEL NEED TO IMPROVE I WOULD say from that restaurant I do have names but I won’t play with no body’s beans NOT MY STYLE like a said u guys need more people like Griselis Acevedo teaching or couching them how to have a least manners IN THERE LIFES. Location, located in the closed old Ramey Air Force Base, Aguadilla P.R. Close to the beautiful town of Aguadilla and its beaches. Crash boat beach about 15 min drive.

Facility is an old remodeled Air Force Barracks. The rooms need an update, old and run down. Air conditioner was really loud, made squeaky noises all night, I had to ask for a change of rooms, couldn't sleep the first night. The highlight of the hotel was the swimming pool and the pool bar. Breakfast was delicious and the service really good.

Room service didn’t clean room well.

1) excellent location 2) public areas, not too crowded 3) clean space. 4) pool beautiful / safe As it wasnt too deep 5) will definitely visit again 6) Restaurant had excellent food / not expensive / waiters always resolved our child petition (that gives 2 thumbs up)

1) Room not so much space, but was how everything was located. 2) The security box didn't work. 3) Didn't see security personnel, but it didn't feel unsecure

Overall good place, near beaches, great coffee from restaurant.

Room felt warm although temp was at 60.

No breakfast was included.

The location looks nicer on the website, I just expected more kid activities but it was a 9/10

Horrible facility. The room was very tight in space, not enough towels, sheets were dingy, fridge was old and dingy, etc. I was inclined to leave immediately even if I lost money. Would never recommend it to anyone.

rooms were a little dated. restaurant on property was as ok. the last day of our stay. the housekeeper clean room and left all the garbage cans on the dresser.

It was in a quiet location. The accommodation was clean.

We could have been notified that the pool was under construction but we were told we could use the Courtyard pool. Our room windows overlooked an abandoned hotel which was a little creepy and the front door looked on to a container lot
