Found hair in the pillow when I check in. They didn’t offer me the invoice ， I booked 2 rooms， I spend lots of time ask my 2 rooms charge invoice ， but they send me 2 same copy with 1 room and price 0 in invoice . I paid nearly 200$ per room. What’s wrong with them . Terrible ， never recommend

The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the airport . The kitchens are fantastic even though we never needed to use it . Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room had an odor that we couldn’t quite put our finger on. One side of the bed had a dark circle that had been recently cleaned and had almost a vomit smell coming from it per my husband but I thought it just smelled really weird. Our sheets had a long hair inside of them and the part of the box spring that was sticking out past the headboard had sooo much hair and eyelashes on it on both sides that it blew my mind. Let’s just say we hardly slept well because it was so gross.

I tried canceling my reservation because my family got the stomach flu and on Thursday Aug 24 and didn’t get a response I emailed them through booking.com and called Saturday Aug 26 with no answer left a voicemail and still didn’t respond. Booking.com said there was free cancellation I still ended up paying 260.

Great location close to the airport for our flight the next day.

I give this hotel my highest recommendation. Both of us have stayed at between 2 and 5-star hotels, and we were impressed. The room was HUGE with full size refrigerator and freezer, porcelain dishes, glasses made of...glass, coffee maker, full-size microwave, and even an oven and cooking burner. My favorite was the privacy curtain between the double queen beds and the couch/kitchen/bath area. Besides that, storage was incredible: multiple drawers, underspaces into which one could put suitcases or other bulky items such as strollers, and shelves to hold items such as wallets and purses or clothing. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Front desk was consistently kind and helpful.

These were only small things: Only one regular coffee packet in the room; a "fresher" breakfast would be nice vs. premade breakfast sandwiches that one microwaves, and more fruit; and the minor hassle of $10 per night parking requiring taking a ticket to open the gate when coming in and validating that ticket on one's way out to get out of the parking lot. This "wait" in line at the desk for ticket validation could cancel one's ability to leave quickly in the morning.

HARD TO FIND ENTRANCE IN DARK. SMALL PROPERTY. HIGH DENSITY OF ACTIVITY AND CARS AND GATES. THIS WAS 3RD STAY OF MULTIPLE DAYS (5+ DAYS) SINCE ITS OPENING SEVERAL YEARS AGO. FEWER AMENITIES, LESS ACCOMMODATING (PROMISED BATHTUB ROOM BUT DID NOT HAVE IT WHEN ARRIVED), BREAKFAST QUALITY NOT CONSISTENT - SEEMS THEY BLAME BOOKING.COM EACH TIME FOR ANY SHORTCOMING IN ARRANGEMENTS. WE FIRST FOUND THIS BRAND IN DICKSON CITY PA AND LOVED IT AND SINCE THEN HAS SLOWLY LOST ITS SERVICE “GLITTER”. CHAIN HAS MADE MANY LITTLE CHANGES THAT HAVE AFFECTED (DIMINISHED) THIS GLITTER - LIKE LESS HOUSEKEEPING STAFF, THE BREAKFAST QUALITY (CONSISTENCY) DECLINED, AND TROUBLE WITH DELIVERY OF PROMISES MADE THROUGH BOOKING.COM UPON ARRIVAL.
