El lugar está muy bien ubicado, desde ahí puedes ir caminando al templo de Luxor, tiene tiendas cerca, también es limpio y la comida egipcia tradicional que es buenísima, puedes comer ahí por un precio bastante cómodo a cualquier hora, si lo requieres ellos te ayudan a conseguir taxis, tours a buenos precios, por ejemplo el tour Del Valle de los Reyes o Hot air balloon a un precio mucho mejor de los que vimos en otros lugares, tomamos el tour de valle de los reyes ahí y el guía Aladdin, fue excelente!

La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo necesario, la presión de agua podría mejorar.

The owner is helpful and generous. He tries his best to help guests. And the place is safe, clean. Their staff is also very friendly.

The boss is very enthusiastic. It only costs 30 dollars per person to order a hot air balloon in his place. Usually, I read on the Internet that it costs 35 or 40 dollars per person. One day I didn't want to eat the Egyptian way of breakfast, a gentleman made fried eggs for me, even if I didn't ask for it, very helpful, very kind and enthusiastic staff

Good staff, Taha and Mahmoud are very nice people, as well as all the working people in that place, they will make you feel comfortable, make you a very good breakfast, propose fair priced tours, and finly, you'll make great meetings on that rooftop.

I like the terrace at the top and the social vibe created with the rest of the people staying.

The bathroom is very small.

It was highs and lows for me in Egypt up to this point. This was the only place I went where there were no surprises and the prices were decent. I did almost all the activities proposed, had an amazing time, and met some awesome people.

Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable but nothing crazy.

Staff was very nice. The room is clean. Terrace was perfect for chilling.

Mehmoud and Hamet and all of the staffs here is really kind, helpful, i feel comfortable amazing here. You may be tired of the Egyptians but happy land is different, it's a good service spirit and i hope that they can develop their career and make dreams come true 🥰

We arrived earlier in morning and the staff allowed us to have free breakfast and check in at 10. The rooftop is nice and very cozy. The staff is very kind. Walking distance to the markets, Luxor temple, bus station and restaurants. excellent quality/price

Very good place! Hot water, comfortable bed, AC, a nice breakfast and nice sitting area on the top floor made this place very nice for me. And the hosts are very helpful with any request. Very much recommend Happy Land.

Only thing I can think of is I wish I had a chair to sit on in my room.

The hotel is centrally located, nice and very welcoming. Wifi works very good at the first floor and the staff is really friendly. The terrace is just amazing and the typical Egyptian breakfast is a real plus!

My room was a little bit too dark, and sometimes a little noisy at night being located near the reception. But the positive sides of this place greatly offset the few negative!

The terrace and breakfast were good. The hostel is 15 minutes walk from Luxor temple.

the room was good, value of money was good. provide basics. very quite place. the top roof is nice. the staff was friendly. offered me a very delicious watermelon. the wifi covers everywhere. I did not try their breakfast as I used to wake up late lol

I really recommend this hostel… it’s amazing. Everything is very near to the hostel. Also, you can find food in the rooftop and it was very delicious and cheap. From the day you get in the hostel you feel as if you were in your home. Thank you for all 😊

You shouldn’t expect Europe quality of hostels where everything is modern and “make sense” (*especially considering the fact that in Europe in would cost x4-5 times more) 😄 this is Egypt habibi! a little bit outdated, a little bit old, a little bit incomprehensible - but so unique!
