Great location on the water in Castro, mini market and restaurant very near, gorgeous architecture and interior design, wonderful host Glenny who cooks your breakfast

Hébergement très joli, confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Glenny, aux petits soins avec les hôtes. Elle nous a servi d'excellents petits déjeuners.
La porte de la salle de bains ne se ferme pas correctement, certainement parce que le bois s'est dilaté. Il faut savoir par ailleurs qu'au prix affiché par Booking il faudra ajouter la TVA d'environ 20% alors que le client étranger pourrait en être dispensé si l'appareil CB avait la programmation adaptée, comme nous avons pu le constater dans d'autres hôtels Chiliens.

Me encanto!! principalmente la atención que nos dio Glenny, una señora amorosa que explica todo muy amablemente y si uno tiene alguna consulta te ayuda!! y tiene todo muy limpio y ordenado!!
Un lugar muy cálido! la sala de estar fue magnífica, el ventanal y el balcón con una excelente vista al mar!!! Sin Glenny no hubiera sido un lugar tan acogedor !!

Exteriores como para spot publicitario de una agencia de turismo.
Puede haber hoteles más grandes o fastuosos pero puestos con mejor gusto, nó.

Estuvimos en (o estamos ante...) una Instalación, en el sentido plástico del término.
La sirena del ferry al arribar a Puerto es un poco melancólica, la lluvia sobre los techos de lata es musical pero si uno estuviese solo podría resultar tristona ...

Beautiful small Palafito in a great location. Excellent welcome from super staff. Relaxing communal lounge and outside deck. Our room was delightful - everything you might need, comfy bed, huge picture window of the bay, plus balcony. Delicious breakfast.

Todo me encantó. No puedo describir lo precioso, comodo y acogedor que es. Todo decorado con tan buen gusto utilzando artesanías tipicas de la zona. La casa grande, bien temperada, iluminada, vistas preciosas y la atención y amabilidad de Gleny, nuestra anfitriona, insuperable.

Beautifully designed. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the water. Glenny served us a great, copious breakfast every morning and helped us practice our Spanish. (Other rooms do not have a view, so ask for the one that does).

The decor and rooms are stunning. The bed was so comfortable and the living space was so warm and inviting. Glenny was a wonderful host and cooked the best breakfast. She was full of wonderful recommendations of things to do on the entire island.

gorgeous from the minute you step into the water-view, thoughtfully decorated central space. rooms and whole house beautifully designed. host met us there within 5 minutes of our call to say we’d arrived, was very welcoming, and explained everything clearly.

Glenny, the host, was wonderful and very helpful and kind. The location is beautiful and the accommodations are well designed, modern yet comfortable, and clean. Sitting by the wood burning stove and watching the tides ebb and flow was very relaxing.
The cost was a bit higher than others in this area, but in the end it is worth it.

Glenny is a joy and a fantastic resource for things to do on the island. We upgraded to the room overlooking the water and it exceeded our expectations. We will forever remember waking up every morning to the brilliant sunrises.

Glenny was a lovely housekeeper and breakfast was great
we had a problem on check out using our credit card , without understanding contactless was tried multiple times on a too large amount and both our cards were frozen by the bank . used all our cash reserves and cash charges are very high in Chile

The location was great, and the innkeeper, Glenny was wonderful. We don't speak Spanish, and she doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate quite well. Her ready smile and sunny disposition was a pleasant addition to the stay.

Very nicely decorated palafito house with the greatest view of the lake. The staff is very friendly. Super clean rooms and comfortable beds. They served one of the best breakfast we had in Chile.

this is a great little hotel to really experience Castro. it is located right on the water and you can sit in the common area or on one of the decks and watch the boats the birds and the fishers. The hosts are friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sites. Breakfast is good.
parking can be a little bit challenging.

It’s such a beautiful palafito with its wooden interior. Juan and Glenny really made us feel home and were such kind hosts. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and guacamole. On the shared terrace we saw seals and another guest saw dolphins along with many different birds. Would definitely come back

We loved the ambience of the guest house, meeting new people there as well as the wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
We did not like having to track down the owner after we arrived as no one was at the guest house and we had to wait about 30 minutes before someone came. Better check in instructions would have been helpful.

Excellent breakfast. Scenic waterfront location, short walk to town center. Glennie, the manager, is extremely helpful and friendly. Cozy and well-decorated common area features a balcony over the water. Street parking only.
Of the four guest rooms, only one faces the waterfront. Bathrooms are small, cabaña-like.

A beautiful property, perfectly situated in Castro, lovely rooms (both bedrooms and common spaces), cheerful and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. Beautiful views. Exceeded our expectations on all levels.
