Fantastic view, great location. Beach was wonderful, shopping and restaurants nearby. Small but nice private deck. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds were too hard, sheets were scratchy, pillows flat (we bought pillows and cases). You could not lower the thermostat below 74, so it was doubly hard to sleep. Worst of all, there was an uninsulated connecting door to the next unit. We heard everything they said and watched (including karaoke until midnight). We also smelled their cooking.

We spent the weekend here and it was great. Thr location and view was perfect. The beach was just a few steps away and was very private without many crowds. Having access to stores nearby like Publix and CVS were also very convenient. Definitely plan on staying here again.

We were looking for a place with easy access to the beach and this had it. The unit was a little dated, but clean. We were more interested in the access to the beach than an upscale place to sleep, which is really the only thing we used the unit for. We do wish the balcony were larger and on the side that faces the beach, but it is not a deal breaker that would keep us from renting it again (although another unit with a beach-facing balcony would be chosen over this). The beach was clean and quiet and not crowded like the touristy section north in Anna Maria. This was tranquil.

Th Kingsize bed is too big for the room but was comfortable. the condo was clean, although there was a dish with a simi melted stick of butter left in the microwave oven and someone's t-shirts left in a drawer by the T.V.

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us in the unit. There is a guest bathroom on the first level that we used. We used the stove, microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. They all worked great. It would be nice to have some upgraded pots and pans. The furniture is a big dated, but was in good shape. The deck is on the side of the building, not directly facing the beach. It would have been nice for the deck to be on the beach side of the unit. Overall, it’s a nice corner unit in a great location.

However, we were disappointed to find the same broken recliner and uncomfortable couch (expected it would’ve been updated). The unit we rented was dated. The bedding was old and not fresh. Very thin sheets and towels. The livingroom was not comfortable. The couch and tv were so far apart viewing was impossible. And biggest complaint was that the place smelled so musty and moldy. We talked about leaving but felt we had reserved so stayed. Basically ruined our vacation.

We have stayed at the Beach for 2 years now. We love being close to the beach, and the condo has a kitchen so we can stay in and cook and there are plenty of places close by to eat out. The people there are friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Awesome beach. Easy check-in/out. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the side lanai that gave us some privacy and shade in the mornings and evenings. The only negatives of note were the thin, lumpy pillows and a noisy AC unit below the lanai. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

If you want no frills, but perfect convenience and ideal location this is the rental for you. We met up with a group of friends for a day at the beach and BBQ food on site. It was so nice to have chairs on the beach for us to use and a grill and tables to use next to the pool when we needed a shade break. LOVED IT!

This condo is small but feels very big because it’s so open. The view is just beautiful, worth the cost of the condo. We did need to clean the windows because they were so dirty you could barely see out them. The bedroom was large enough, just need more places to put your clothes. There were locked cabinets that would have been very beneficial to use.

Rainy but facility was adequate. Disappointed it wasn’t more modern and bright. Did not like the side balcony in lieu of a front balcony facing the beach. New furniture is a must for this location. Couch springs were worn and sunken, as well as chairs, one being especially dirty.

We couldn’t have been anymore pleased than we were with our vacation rental! We only booked two nights and now we are wishing that we stayed longer. The view was spectacular and the rental had all of the necessities needed to feel right at home. We will for sure be back, but, we will make sure to stay longer next time! Thank you for everything.
