Superb place tastefully furnished where to pass your stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly staff. Not far from the city centre.

Everything was perfect.

The rooms and bathrooms are recently renovated with nice furniture and decor (like the photos show). Staff was very friendly and helpful- we requested to schedule a shuttle ride from the airport since the establishment advertises a shuttle service. The staff member explained that their shuttle service is a taxi, (cost: 25€ for 2 people) and arranged for the taxi to pick us up when our plane landed. The driver was very courteous.

There was no coffee or tea in the morning (this was during the off season, so I guess the kitchen was closed - I don’t know if they offer free coffee to guests who don’t buy breakfast when the kitchen is open). We stayed in a room at the front of the building, near the road, and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Also the curtains did not block out the lights from cars and streetlights. The other disappointment was that despite the fact that the bathroom was very large and elegant-looking, the shower was very small.

Good location, it was a 10 min walk from the bus station. Clean and good breakfast.

Nothing special, maybe still the same breakfast, but you can choose toasts, eggs, croissants, cereals, so it is normal in Sardinia.

My room was large facing the road. It had a little balcony. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Very pleasant and efficient staff in reception and in the morning. The breakfast was 5€ it was good value.

Plenty of single use plastic shampoo and gel. I wish more places would use larger, refillable bottles on the wall. Toilet holder broken and chairs in balcony were rusty and uncomfortable. It wouldn’t cost much to make change this. Plastic cups for minibar. Also bottle of tonic in minibar, but no bottle opener. Piccy I know, but these small details are inexpensive to provide.

Nice people that are helpful and friendly! Room was a bit unbalanced. We had a very big bathroom but a very tiny shower. Something that for me, 190 cm, 100 KG male is pretty uncomfortable. Also the bed was tiny and soft for me and my 167 cm, 55 KG wife, unfortunately. Also the AC was not working properly. We had to keep it at 17 degrees but still felt like 25 degrees.

I loved the place overall. They did a good job with the design and decor. The locatioin was super convenient for access to the airport and for exploring Olbia and beyond. The staff went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation staying again and would recommend to others.

big spacious room

they spam you first via booking.com and then via whatsapp. you have to tell them your time of arrival and then also call 20 minutes prior to your arrival. we asked for a breakfast package since we had to catch a ferry in the morning and got corn crackers and a few apricots. no drinks, no sandwhichws, nothing. also the airconditioning worked badly and it never really cooled down the room. there was a stain on the bedsheets and rust in the very small shower. we paid €148 for one night, including „breakfast“.

The room is quite big and the bed was comfortable. We had a room overlooking the courtyard therefore it was quite peaceful. The breakfast area overlooks a beautiful Magnolia tree but the best aspect was the very helpful receptionist who gave us great advice on where to eat and which beaches to go to.

The place could use a bit of a refurbishing (bathroom). Maybe add some power outlets in the bedroom. Otherwise the place has a rustic charm.

Room was a good size. Bathroom was also decent size but needed a refresh. Breakfast was average.

Location. It was not in a nice place in town, had no curb appeal and you had to drive around and hope to find parking on the street. This part of town was mostly one way streets, and all seemed to be heavily traveled due to construction nearby. Not many restaurants within walking distance, but one nearby was decent. A/C made continuous noises and did not cool or dehumidify the room. The terrace over looked a roof that was falling down, and the backside of several homes. No view and not very useful. Shower was way to small and couldn't even bend down to wash your feet or pick up soap. Could have been much larger for the size of the bathroom. There was moisture coming through the paint in the room and breakfast area, and was affecting both my spouse's allergies as well as our son-in-law's asthma who is very sensitive to molds. We left after 3 days even though we had paid for 5.

The B&B and rooms are well decorated and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Bed and pillows were good and we had a nice balcony.

We were not bothered with sounds coming from outside but inside the B&B is unfortunately quite noisy. I woke up to sounds from the hall below and later again to our neighbour in the middle of the night where we could hear sounds from their bathroom that must have been just next to our room. We could hear talking, flushing and the shower. The breakfast is average and simple.
