It was in the historical area of the town and in a great location with many restaurants nearby. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and Caesar was an exceptional host and lovely man. Highly recommend Tropea and this b&b.

The property was great! The rooms were small but the beds were great. The location was amazing. We were walking distance it everything, the beach, old town and the marina. Cece and staff did not speak English but they used a translation app and it did not prevent us from communicating. Cece was able to offer us many recommendations.

Cece is a lovely, friendly owner of this exceptional hotel and restaurant, he was there every day and night of our stay, we wanted for nothing! It was my birthday while we were there and my partner asked for a cake and special meal, Cece made a big fuss and gave us Prosecco and brought the cake in with a candle at the end of our meal. What a lovely surprise and wonderful memories of our stay. Our room with its very large, comfortable bed and traditional Italian decor was beautiful, and the modern bathroom had everything you needed, soap,shampoo and hairdryer. Teresa cleaned daily and every room in the hotel was spotless. The location is a stone’s throw from the steps down to the beach and a short stroll from the tourist Main Street of Tropea, where you can sit with a glass of Vino and watch the sun go down, missing it already!

We stayed the hotel a week and we couldn’t have been happier. It is owned by a very lovely family who couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. All the staff was friendly and accommodating; the room was clean and cozy and the breakfast selection was small but good (delicious cornetti!). The location was ideal for us - both very central and within a short walk from the beach. The hotel offers transfers to and from the airport which was very convenient. If you’re looking for a cozy stay in the heart of Tropea, we highly recommend staying here, we had a lovely time.

it was central to the Storica part of town (historic) where there are so many nice shops and restaurants and the views over to the beach and coast are beautiful.

Great location in the old town, walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and beach. Classic Italian feel, basic but beautiful.

There was a bit of a stale water/damp smell to the property which you can also smell in parts of the town. We were there mid May so it might go away as the season gets going/air and water start moving a bit more. We would still stay there again though. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, it was missing the fresh and homemade elements that you often get in European accomodation. Again this may be a reflection of us being there before the season really got going and they had more guests to look after and therefore put more effort into the breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great breakfast, most home made, you can order fresh omelettes as you like coffee is good, not american style. , great service. They picked us up with luggage and showed us where to park for free
