Set about a 45 minute stroll from Valladolid train and bus stations, this is a lovely accommodation to rest up at, with a superb view of the estate garden and large variety of trees out back, which guests of San Viator can visit. The hosts at the front desk are friendly and welcoming and the rooms, set along long corridors, are very spacious and comfortable.

The staff was friendly to await us out of standard hours for check in. Excellent price-quality place, with very decent rooms and beds, and useful shared fridge in shared hangout room.

It looks like a student's hostel. Very quiet building, no disturbance whatsoever. The room was clean, well equipped with writing desk, comfortable beds, bathtub etc. Wifi connection was good which was very important. There was a sitting room with fridge and microwave oven. Self service ready made breakfast was available for 1 euro (which I didn't need). Being a Catholic, I particularly appreciated the religious atmosphere of the rooms and place. The host explained everything very thoroughly and connection with him on whatsapp (in case of any problem) was very good.

The only negative thing is the location (but I was aware of it when booking) It was a little far from the city centre. The bus ride (by bus no 6 to the centre or 9 to the bus/train station) cost and extra 1,5 euro one way. So whoever takes this accommodation (and doesn't have a car) has to take it into consideration. I couldn't operate (turn) the shower but perhaps it was my fault.
