Benötigen Sie für Ihr Boot einen Parkplatz, so haben wir viel Platz, und das Haus sitzt auf zweieinhalb Zaun. Hinterhof-Deck und Terrasse vor dem Cranes Mill Marina machen es zu einem Muss. Wir haben ein Rainbow-Play-System für Kinder, ein Basketballtor, viele Sitzgelegenheiten für Gäste und mehrere Picknicktische, die sich hervorragend für die Unterhaltung eignen. Wir bieten eine Feuerstelle, Grillmöglichkeiten (Holzkohle, Holz und Gas), eine schöne Schaukel, eine Hängematte und eine Umgebung zum Entspannen. Große Eichen im gesamten Anwesen bilden die Kulisse. Ebenfalls zum Parken ist ein Carport vor dem Haus. Viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten und den Canyon Lake wirklich zu genießen. Während Sie die Natur genießen können, werden Sie sich über ein sauberes, gut gepflegtes Haus für unsere Gäste freuen. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (2 König, 2 Queen). Wir bieten auch 2 Queen-Size-Luftmatratzen und eine Doppelausziehmatratze für zusätzliche Gäste. 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt 3 volle Bäder und 2 große Wohnbereiche mit Sofas, Stereoanlagen, Fernsehern (Netflix, Musik und mehr), WLAN usw. Wir haben einen Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss mit einem offenen Grundriss zu einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Essbereich. Der andere Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Bar, einen Minikühlschrank und ein Waschbecken, die sich hervorragend zum Spielen der Pool- oder Fusball-Tische eignen. Viel Platz mit 2550 qm. Wir befinden uns in fußläufiger Entfernung zur County Boat Ramp # 8. Die Nachbarschaft bietet einen ruhigen Spaziergang zur Bootsrampe, die nur eine halbe Meile entfernt ist. Wirklich ein Rückzug in den Canyon Lake.

My family and I had the best time! This house was absolutely perfect for us! The house was great and the backyard was beautiful and the back back yard was incredible! We did smores in the firepit, kids had a blast with the big swing and the playground. The house was fully stocked with everything we might have needed. The owner told us about places close like restaurants and such. She couldn't have been more accomodating!!! Also replied back quickly if I had any questions!! Thanks so much Tracey! We had a blast!

My family and I loved staying at Karter's Canyon Lake Casa! It is so cozy and was accommodating to our teen children as well as our toddler. The backyard was gorgeous with the swing and playground area for our daughter and were able to enjoy a night of grilling and hanging out after a day at the lake. Morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the lake was my favorite. We played some pool and foosball the next night after a day at the lake. We left wanting to make smores out by the swing, but that will be next time, since my children said we have to stay here again! The location is so close to the lake entrances and the host provides suggestions for dining and entertainment. The house is super clean and everything that you can think of is there. I loved the personal touches and pictures. This house was made with lots of love. The Krenek family really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I can't wait to come back.

The house is awesome! Plenty rooms for everyone. Entertainment for kids downstairs giving adults relaxing and meaningful time and conversation while observing the view on the lake.

Nicely equipped home for a large family. Plenty of all the essentials towels, linens, cookware, and entertainment. We brought our pontoon boat and jet ski, there was plenty of secure parking for both. Highly recommend this VRBO for your family.

Our family is made up of three families with 6 adults three teens and one 10 year old. House was great with plenty of room, lots of activity options, Great grilling opportunities, outdoor swings, seating areas and so on. We loved staying here. Very clean and put together. Kitchen was well stocked and communication was great.

This house is a great place, you won't be disappointed. Plenty of room inside and out! It was a holiday weekend so it was difficult finding a public swim area. I knew that going at this time it would be crowded but the house was amazing. Good quality time!!!

We had an awesome stay! The amenities were wonderful and clean. We loved the view of the lake (beautiful sunsets too) and loved the relaxed atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and take pride in their property. It was an honor to spend time in their lake house this weekend. We will definitely use them in the future if we find ourselves on Canyon Lake!

I really cannot rave enough about this host, the house, or the location. We were 10 minutes from Comal Park at Canyon lake, the views from the front porch were a breath of fresh air with my coffee each morning, and the amenities at the house were exactly as described. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. My family had the best time!
It is rare that you get a host or a property manager who responds quickly and is genuinely SO nice and accommodating. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, very clean
Our annual Ladies trip was a great success! The home was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. My furr babies really enjoyed the large fenced yard.

Cousins Camp
We celebrated 4 grandchildren - 3, 2, 1 and 6 months old on my birthday weekend. We called it cousins camp and hope to do it every year. Everything was perfect at this cabin for young children. It was so relaxing and so much fun. Tracy was amazing with all she does to make the cabin perfect. Fresh sand in the sand box. The neighbors are very nice. Such a nice deck to sit on in the evening. The kitchen had more than enough to cook meals for everyone. I have never stayed at a rental that was as nice and fun as this one! We look forward to returning. Thank you for all you do! Mamma:)

We had a girls weekend and I couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Everything was very clean, the house was nice, and the communication was great. They let us come in earlier and leave whenever everyone was ready so nothing was rushed which made the experience very laid back rather than being stressed to make sure we were out on time. I highly recommend!

Canyon Lake Weekend Getaway
Well appointed home in Canyon Lake neighborhood. Perfectly suited 2 family’s of 4. Lots of parking for boats/lake toys. Easily accessible boat ramp nearby although it did get busy and parking was a challenge on a busy holiday weekend. Very accommodating owners who made sure all our needs were met if needed. We’d stay again and recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. There is a beautiful view of the lake which we absolutely enjoyed each morning with our cup of coffee. In the back of the house there is a spacious yard where our kids were able to run around while us adults sat around the fire pit. The house was well stocked with all the amenities, the check in and out process was so easy and there was great communication between us and the property owners. We will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Beautiful home and location
This was a family trip with 7 adults. The property was located in a small town area but not too far from fun. The home was beautiful and clean. Everyone had plenty of space and loved the pool table, game area, and large backyard. Coffee was enjoyed on the deck overlooking the lake. Owners were very responsive to questions and even decorated the house for Christmas! We loved this house and will definitely be back!

Got stung by some bees 🐝 but no reason to give a 4 or less cause it’s in the country....what do you expect? Lucky no one was allergic. Close to all the parks and close to gas stations for Ice on the way out. Very attentive, some things were broken before we arrived. I wish a walk through would’ve been available to discuss damaged stuff or more signs up on messed up things. Overall great experience. Very attentive.

Wake surfing weekend!
We loved this property and the location. We took our boat and launched each day from the neighborhood ramp. We had plenty of room to park boat in the back at the end of each day. The house had everything we needed. The kiddos enjoyed the game room area. They really enjoyed the giant backyard area complete with play ground. The view was lovely from the front deck. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful-lots of amenities. However, the best part was the host-She was incredibly helpful, kind and did her very best to make sure we had a great time. The house is well stocked, beds/linens/pillows were very nice. 10/10 recommend.

4th of July
It was a wonderful time with my family. The rental had plenty of room and all the necessities of a home. The outside area kept our littles entertained for hours. The family even had a fire pit ready to light for us!! The Krenek family communicated frequently and the neighbors were quite friendly. The boat dock was easy access for both our family boats. We will definitely book again!!

Two days, the best of times....and....
We were excited to stay at a house where we could all stay together during our family reunion in nearby Canyon Lake. It was a short commute, check in was easy, and the view was fine. The first night, we were so tired, we just conked out. One of the three showers did not work, and the other shower was infested with ants. Ergo, our one working shower got a workout the next morning! All was well. The second and final day of our reunion included a lot of outdoor fun. Well, when we found our way back to the house, we all desperately needed to shower and do laundry. About midnight, we had all settled in to our beds for the night. However, a few minutes later, a sound like a plane landing, followed by a flow of water, boomed from what seemed like the closet in our room! Nearly falling out of bed, I checked it out, as the sound only lasted 5 seconds or so. I found nothing. Ten minutes later, it happened again.....and again....and again.... to the point where we thought it was the air conditioner, so we shut it off. Yep, ten minutes later, boom! We were trying to decide if it was the hot water heater problem, and finally fell to sleep around 2:30, probably because we were just that tired and didn't care anymore. Needless to say, it was not a good night! Check out was fine.
