Good location

Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention but I didn't notice it will be room in a standard apartment and you will be separated from others with old glass door. The room was old, in bed u can find some hair. I shared small balcony with kitchen but it's not possible to sit there because of laundry all over. Short story long, it wasn't the best experience. I wanned to share this info with the owner or whomever gave me the key. We agreed to meet next morning, the owner didn't have change because I paid in cash. I wanned to pay with card but they refused. So, guy never showed up. But hopefully, this 1 lev you stole will help you to improve this place :)

The staff was helpful and polite, the apartment itself is nice and at good location.

This time, the cleanliness was simply below any basics - there was a thick layer of dust covering everything, the floor hasn't been cleaned for a veery long time, same for the bathroom, there was a very old soap dissolving all over the sink, the kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes, the bed sheets didn't seem clean either as they didn't smell fresh and had hairs all over them... Overall, yes, the accommodation is cheap, but still, certain minimumal hygiene standards need to be covered... I hope this feedback serves to look into the cleaning issue more seriously and make the otherwise nice accommodation to an acceptable level again! 🙂

Almost everything.washong machine broke down and there was a new one the next day.

Lovely sized room! Very comfy and roomy bed in our room. Nice to have some kitchen facilities. Good wifi.

It was a bit further than expected from the centre but not a terrible walk. Communication could be better and some of the kitchen facilities could do with being updated.

I had a room only to myself for a really cheap price. Both of the ladies - the one that answers the phone and the other who greets the guests were very helpful and kind.

It's actually an appartment, and you share it with other people (this wasnt stated in the description), so this was s surprise for me. No instruction are sent prior to arrival, you have to call host to get all instructions. It's much easier to get a message, as i had to wait for some time for host to reply me Too noisy from the street (with closed windows as well)

Good price. Large bed. Balcony for clothes (washed). Microwave and boiling water machine in the kitchen.

Check in was like a quest - finding location, locate the box, call for instruction, processing, put the code, recover the key, entering in the building, and finally in the appartment. The owner could send code by SMS and detailed instruction before arriving. Also have to put signs outside/inside the building/apartment. No locking system in the bathroom.

Neither the site nor the owner warned us that this is a communal apartment, and not a whole apartment. Who can like one shared toilet and a bathroom for three rooms, in which other people live. Condition of the room: clean, but very cramped, sockets torn out of the walls and hanging on the wires. Good thing we were only here for 1 night and were able to leave quickly.

The room was very simple, but very ugly. The Wifi was excellent. The desk lamp did not have a lightbulb. The location was close enough to walk to the bus station in 10 minutes. The staff speak good English, but there was no one on site to greet me, so I was a bit lost.

There is no sign out front. It is very difficult to find this place. There is only a painted number on the wall. You must go under a car garage tunnel. There was no staff on site to greet me, so I was confused, and I had to call their phone number. They spoke good English. The room was very ugly, with an old ice cream advertisement covering the door. The bathroom does not have a shower stall, it is just a hose on the wall and you must hold it yourself, and the water drains into the floor. There are no soaps, no extra amenities.

You will have here quiet flat for the reasonable price. Just let you know that it is the the standard block built in communist era with very basic facilities. To get there take Christo Botev street up from the rail/bus station area. Turn left into Vasil Levski just after the big school building. Walk 3-4 blocks and you will see 59 number on the right side. Be prepared - street names and house numbers are rarely on display here! Little supermarket is right on the corner, fruit/vegetables seller 70 m away.

You will not see the owner. Phone/ mail contact only. This lady speaks fluent Russian, but only few words in English. She will send you 4-digits code to open the key mini locker. Two lockers are installed in the passage to the courtyard - just go into passage turn back and you will see them up on the left. Entry to the flat is from the courtyard- use the button attached to the keys to open the front door. The flat is on the second floor on the left.

Lies, check-in an hour later, no care if guest will get to the hostel. It's written that you have to inform about your arrival time. I did so and received mail that the object accepts my arrival time. It was the only information I ever got from the B&B. When I arrived, I realised there is a block of flats and I was not given the flat number. The entrance is not marked in any way, there is not even anything written on intercom. I phoned to the hostel, after long expectation time some woman has answered the phone and seemed suprise that I call ("Booking? In what city?" etc.) and told me to wait, because she needs to call someone else. After wating a longer time with no response and no one reacting when I started finally asking whether she is still there but there was no answer. About 10 minutes later someone phoned me and told how to get the key to the flat, but I was not to be given the key to my room. They told me that I have to wait in the kitchen at 15.00 the woman will come to prepare the room and after she will finish I will be able to get into the room - and my scheduled arrival time was 14.00. When I was surprised, they told that eventually I may leave my things in kitchen and go for a walk. After that woman (who did not speak English) prepared room, she showed me google translator information that I need to pay her before entering the room. On the Booking site there is a list of credit cards accepted and in booking confirmation in"payment information section" I had: "Аria B&B handles all payments.This property accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro". I showed her that I want to pay with card, she showed me translator: "There is ATM nearby. I will wait for you." That was the whole message and there was no ATM right near B&B - there was ATM just few crossroads away, but if I would start walking in different direction after leaving the hostel and had no tools like google maps etc.

Cold and a little bit old place. Not fresh smell in room. Hard to find. The price is not high but still a lot if you compare with quality.

How dared and filthy everything was. It was very unpleasant. I barely stayed till the morning.

Everything was great. For the price, which is very low, even for Bulgaria the quality is more than good. The owner was very kind and accommodated me in the B&B without any problems. The key was in a box near the door and I found it easily. The apartment is 2 minutes from the top center and is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful. I recommend!
