Check-in experience

They must be quick to respond to guest requests for example I had have problem in an air conditioner and have made complaint but without any response that was very bad

Simple and sufficient for the needs of someone who would like to spend the night in a spotless clean place while still economic, I will definitely stay there again.

Basically nothing, but just as a note, I would have preferred to be able to add the room service charge on the room bill instead of having to pay immediately.

staff are terrible, slow at everything, never answer phone . i felt i am in kfc as they ask to pay before i eat, no view at all, the location was bad , wifi slow, extra charge for parking, food arrive wrong everytime, gym was closed

The location of the hotel is good

- The single bed is uncomfortable and small in size, as well as it contains wheels from the bottom, so the bed moves with your every move ( I changed the room to king bed ) - The T.V is very small - The air conditioner some time leak drops of water ( I think because of humidity of weather ) - The noise of cleaning either in above floor or next to your room , you can here the sound of machines or hitting the wall ( I suggest to delay the cleaning time after 10 AM ) - The restaurant some of the items in the food menu not available.

The place was well-ordered when we arrived. The room was clean as a whistle. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional.

The staff - specially the front desk - is very friendly and helpful. I came to the hotel at 4 am after 48 hours of very rough traveling and I was extremely exhausted. The problem was I still had 10 hours until I can check in. The hotel (taking my state in consideration I am sure) offered me a free early check in as a gift it was a breath of life and I am very grateful. The rooms are very comfy and luxurious.

The only negative thing is the cleaning staff they don't change the sheets and I found dust on the floor after they supposedly cleaned.

i left early as there is a sound in my room near to my bed and they can’t solve it this makes me creazy and i can’t sleep

the staff was very friendly. breakfast was very good, room was clean location is perfect

Appreciate to be near the mosque, but the voice is very load specially in the middle of night
