Straight-forward, easy to check in, clean, laundry room was easy to use, location is great - just right infront of Flemingsberg station with a grocery store just behind the building, overall just really convenient and comfortable for someone who's visiting a friend that lives in Flemingsberg or looking for a budget hotel outside the city (but not too far out), it's just 10-15 mins from the city by train from Flemingberg station.

It's part of a multi-story apart-hotel, next to a commuter train station, just above a road. A huge ICA supermarket in the same building (not within hearing distance), Lidl next door. Rooms are super equipped (in a 2-bedroom apartment there were both a washing machine and a drying machine, signs for a laundry room on one floor suggest smaller apartments do not) with the comfiest beds I've had in a while. A perfect place is you want to just sleep there during a stay in Stockholm - park there and commute by train. Convenient public parking (just not next to the supermarket). Everything is fully automated (key codes to doors sent by sms), so easy late check-in.

My apartment had only a single openable window. This means no air flow. This in turn means it was very hot inside - but not unbearably so. Additionally, there is literally nothing to do outside and views are abysmal (parking, train station, multi-level crossing etc): don't pick this location unless you want to either stay home in the evenings or stay all day in the city center. There is no staff (all is automated) so in case of problems I would be in a pickle.

Excellent studio apartment. Well equipped. Clean and tidy. Very bright, good window. Good location. Fine parking lot. Staff was helpful via phone.

No complaints.

The location is very central and you can see and go to the building as soon as you come out of the train station. It has all the utensils you need to cook a meal if you want to.

Not having staff in the building that can help in an emergency can be difficult. I had an issue with opening my door and had to call customer service to solve it and wait for some time for the security team to arrive. The problem was solved instantly after.

Train service to Stockholm city centre was badly disrupted, though not Forenom's fault.

Hotels near supermarkets and inside there is a kitchen that can cook.

Parking is available but not free and registering to pay for parking is difficult.

I got a room where the door did not lock the door after itself so anyone could go into the room. Not the safest feeling. Called them and they exchanged the room immedeately to a new room where the lock ob the door worked and autolocked after itself. If I did not noticed this I might just left the room and anyone could have break in when I was not there. So no good review now. Notice this was only on one room on one floor. Not every door on any floor.

The floor was definitely not cleaned properly. In 10 days no cleaning at all (röd not expect one every day, but maybe once in the whole time?)

I've been there for more than tow weeks, they said.. if I want them to clean my room, I have to pay for that. I think they should clean the room once a week for free.

Check in is late @ 4PM and check out is early at 11AM

Room good, wifi good, location reasonably good for my need. the double glazing meant there was no outside noise. Great. But the ventialtion system wass very noisy. It was pretty bad. I compalined and was given option to another room. Ventialtion noise not quite so bad, but not so much less that a change of room was worth the trouble. I tried to turn the ventilation off to stop teh noise, but not possible.

This was my first experience with the non-human contact type of key-coded hotel. It would ahve been good to know what to expect in advance. The late check in was a very sore point. Despite some email which suggested it could have been made for an earlier time. Didnt happen. I will avoid such hotels in the future. It is probably great for locals who know the sysstem. But for international travellers, its not so great.

The customer service is very bad. They send you 25 automatic e-mails, but no reply to your question.
