The host is a nice guy. It's clean but small. Perfect if you want to spend a day or night in Ljubljana and move on afterward. There's a bus station nearby that goes to the center of Ljubljana, which was very convenient. Good value for money but not luxurious.

it's on a basement

Everything was good!

The location of the house. The size of the bathroom. Nice garden view. Quiet place. The landlords were kind! They give me useful info for the neighborhood, supermarket etc.

The sofa bed not so big and comfy, for one person it is ok though. If you are planning to stay more than two or three nights it 'd be better to find something else. There is no sink in the room so if you need to eat something then you have to wash everything (plates, cutlery etc.) in the bathroom.

i took the room without breakfast option , there was a supermarket 5-7 minutes walking and everything available there. the owner also provided with some discount wooden tag for the supermarket.

everything met my expectations. so cant complain.

The place was exactly something we needed, not far from the city center, great quiet neighbourhood. Studio perfect for the couples. Nice hosts :)

It was good and clean, host was nice and friendly.

Very small room but it's one of the cheaper ones in Ljubljana, so good price/value. The room and bathroom vere tidy and clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. Big plus that the room has aircon, although we barely had to use it, the temperature was comfortable even though we went in the summer. Also there are mosquito nets on the windows so they can be kept open. The area is calm, in the outskirts but there is a bus stop and rentable bicycle stop nearby, so the city centre can be reached in ~20 mins.

The room is in the basement and the windows are looking to a driveway. When someone parks their car there, it's quite loud and they can see inside the room. Also there was only one blanket for the 2 of us and a 'summer blanket' which was more like a tablecloth. We had to convince the owner to give us one more blanket, which he finally did so it was OK.
