Hotel well placed to Train Station and getting into the heart of things. The staff so helpful. Jamel beautiful, assisted to all our needs. Breakfast great selection and very welcomed. Asked for a kettle in the room and Jamel kindly obliged , thank you. I will return and highly recommend to others.

Nothing not to like. Maybe a room aluttle larger would have been nice but shower and amenities great.

the shower had mould in the base and clogged up which brought more mould to the surface and floated around carpet was dirty and had stains all over it beds weren’t made properly

the carpets are filthy dirty and beddings are itchy

we heard the sound of water in a rough way, from the next room and when they used bath at 01 AM, it wasn’t nice. whitout this, the acomodation was good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. The shower was excellent. It was clean everywhere. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was superb for the train station.

The bathroom was tiny.

Great location, superb, helpful staff, you can find huge amount of restaurants, fast food places, shops, and Nicetoile Mall, etc... The Tram1 run only 300 m far, and you can easily reach the Tram2, wich is goes to the airport.

The breakfast was simple, but acceptable, it was not salami/ham/sausage.

The location. It is very close the Nice ville station. If you don't mind a bit of staircase it will take less than 3min from the station. Just in frond of station (next to tacos shop) there is a short staircase to go down to the next street and there is a short slope to go down a few meters, then turn left, you will see the hotel. If you don't want to use stairs you have to go around so it takes 5min maybe. The room was small but did the job. Workig wifi, fine shower and water pressure, a desk , the powerpoint in good positon(near the desk and bed), a fine bed, a quite good quality of the towel, everything was working fine. The staffs were efficient and especially a morning receptionist was smilling and pleasant. There was a safe and a fridge, a good hairdryer in the room.

I booked a double room and paid for it, it is written 14m² on my booking confirmation but It seems that I've got a smallest room they have (I have checked this fact with building floor plan as I always do, and by looking other rooms. Indeed my room was 2/3 of other room), but honestly it did the job, and although I prefer a more spacious room, maybe it is due to my request of checking in earlier than 15h, because I wished to check in 13h10 to be able to quickly prepare for my work and leave the hotel room 14h to take a train to go to work. They read my request and tried to meet it, and this time I prefered to checking in early rather than having a bigger room, so it is ok.

Some noisy neighbours (not the hotel's fault!). Mean with the soap. Cramped lift.

The rooms were small (we knew this from previous reviews) but very comfortable beds and good quality linen. Very central location which worked well for my family.

It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee facilities in room.

Clean, towels changed daily. Close to station.

Very small bathroom,no storage for toiletries. Only 1 small wardrobe no drawers insufficient for 3 adults for 5 nights. Very noisy at night. 1st night we walked out of the hotel and went the wrong way into a dodgy area here we didn’t feel safe.

Dark corridor, lights would take a while to turn on. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety. The two cereals they had were sweet and I'm diabetic...breads were hard as a rock...I

The location was amazing, next to the train station, not far from the main street, old down and beach! It was clean and looked nice :)

Maybe the only thing would be tiny toilet corner, but it wasn't that bad.

Clean and comfortable room, good sized bathroom. Nice little balcony with table and chairs. Near station and Russian Church, 20 minute walk to old town. Staff friendly.

A little noisy, bins emptied at 1am, obviously not the fault of the hotel!
