The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The room onsen was great and refreshing after a soak inside. The free snacks in the room were delicious. Staff were mostly friendly and hospitable. Shuttle bus made up for the location.

環境清幽、離市區有段距離所以作為放鬆行程非常優秀😀，怕無聊還有VR遊戲去可以消遣，房間電視追劇也相當完備

也因為離市區有段距離，所以如果飯店能增設小賣場，可以選購飲料泡麵餅乾小點心就很好

The room is cosy and clean the bath tub is big enough and sufficient for 3 people hot spring together. there is also swimming pool and public hot spring the staff is helpful there is hourly shuttle bus to mrt station.

Room came stocked with coffee (nespresso machine), tea, biscuits, snacks and soda which were all complimentary. Loved the private onsen in the room. Loved the indoor pool and onsen.

Breakfast order options were pretty limited. For adults, there were 2 choices, one being vegetarian. Would be great if the menu could come with more local selection. Indoor pool closes quite early at 7pm, would have been great if it opened till 1-2 hours later. Onsen opens at 9am in the morning which I thought was a tad too late. 7am would be great for guests who would like to have a soak before they start their day with sight-seeing.

The small Japanese-style room with Jing Sheng Yu tea bags allows guests to enjoy tea-making and experience Japanese culture. 4. The room offers a beautiful mountain view, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature. 5. The hotel has well-equipped public hot spring pools and a swimming pool, providing a variety of leisure options for guests. 6. The all-you-can-eat breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, satisfying guests' culinary desires.

The mattress is too soft, and it's easy to fall off when sleeping near the edge, affecting sleep quality.

Rooms were large and comfortable, quiet location. Facilities and staff were superb. We enjoyed the hot spring very much!
