Ivan was excellent, giving very good advices and helping all the time. The place is excellent, very nice, clean, comfortable

The host was super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed and had a great stay.

Very friendly, welcoming arrival by Ivan (the owner). Gave us an excellent introduction to Priego including where to go/eat/what to see etc. Ivan was in the shared kitchen in the morning offering us coffee/breakfast etc and really nice patio area to eat it in. Also had a nice roof top terrace to relax in the sun and take in the amazing views from the property. Ivan also had a space for a car to park in his garage underneath the property. Comfy beds with TV, fridge and kettle. Lovely powerful warm shower too.

While the property has excellent views being situate in the edge of a cliff looking down onto the 'new town' area, some traffic noise from the new town can inevitably be heard when you open the room windows, a lot quieter at night though and still quiet in the rest of the property with the patio areas etc. In any case, you can close the bedroom windows even in summer as the rooms have an excellent air conditioning unit.

It was comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Every detail for travellers was carefully accommodated
