Very close to the beach - spacious house - nice little backyard and a cool 2nd story deck to hang out in the sun. Great house, we had 10 people (7 adults and 3 kids) and felt like we had plenty of space).

The property is a great place to stay for a beach location. The location is fantastic, and so close to the beach. The property manager John is super helpful and friendly.

Location, location, location! We've been coming to Seaside for vacation and day trips for over 35 years. The house was close to the beach and boardwalk. It was spotless. All linens (sheets, blankets, bath towels, washcloths & kitchen towels) were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. For us, the Keurig coffeemaker was a definite plus. John was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, John & Kim, for opening your home to us!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The open floor plan was great and no one felt crowded. Right by beach and boardwalk. We loved the deck too. We will be back

My family and I had a great stay at this home. You are in easy walking distance to the boardwalk and beach (4th house from the beach). The house had plenty of beds to accommodate everyone in our group and the kitchen and fridge were very spacious. The living room was a little small for the adults to hang out in the evening when the kids went to bed, but the outdoor deck was the perfect solution. The house is close to everything you need. The listing needs some updating...linens and bath towels included, gas grill, outdoor seating, etc. John was very easy to work with and quickly responded to all of my questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home in great location! Funtown beach was a great time. We had no idea this beach existed but thrilled once we found out what fun it was! The house was spotless with clean sheets on very comfortable beds. Even bath towels were provided. The owners could not be more hospitable. From having a shower door issue to a recommendation for great seafood and local restaurant they responded immediately! Highly recommended :).
