Great facilities Good size rooms. Fantastic value. Great location. Everything we needed for a week. Owners were very helpful with advice... Highly recommended.

Front room lighting could be more warm and welcoming and bigger cushions on sofa...

House was lovely, very modern, very comfortable beds, had everything we could possibly need.

Nothing not to like about this property

A lot of facilities available at the property, very well equiped kitchen: from microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine with detergents and a big fridge -freezer. Good wifi, an enclosed garden which was good for our son. There are supermarket near by, although we did use the car to do the grocery. The house was clean with bedding, towel and kitchen towel provided. There are some sugar, tea and instant coffee available as well as some salt and pepper. Although we did not use them, there was a cot and highchair available. Convenient location but having a car is better. The place was quiet the week we went there.

To be really picky, there was no coffee machine, however there is a scale if you want to bake or do more intense cooking. We also had to buy a big bottle of cooking oil, which was fine as we were travelling by car but that we would probably have to discard if travelling by plane or train. Also, the vacuum did not seem to be working properly. But altogether, those are small details and did not impact our stay too much!

The WiFi didn't work for anyone except on the TV and it was a little further out from the town then expected. No sun in the garden after lunchtime so not really able to sit out and enjoy it at night if that's what your hoping for

Great location, easy access to Speyside Way, and Aviemore orbital, great for walks straight from the house.

Suited our family needs perfectly. Quiet location but convenient for Aviemore and the Cairngorms.

WiFi was a bit temperamental otherwise everything fine.

Heating temperature in the living room extremely difficult to control. Main bedroom lacked wardrobe space.

Flexibility of the accommodation. Location. Quick response to query about the heating and replacing a light bulb.

The table mats could do with being replaced.

The back garden and segregated bedrooms off the living room were great for young kids. Living room was nice and open. Great access to the oribtal paths meaning you could walk into town without going near the busier roads. Shed was a good size for storing bikes.

Location, comfort, heating, well equipped, quiet area

Dishwasher was not working, and some of the dishes and glasses in cupboards where dirty, other than that we loved it

Well organised host. Decent location on outskirts of Aviemore. Plenty of space, inside and outside storage for bikes/kayaks. Great showers/bathrooms with plenty of hot water after cold days on hills/river.

Superficially cleaned, but not 'deep cleaned'. Some areas/dishes etc felt grubby/needed rewashing. Dishwasher did not clean well. Needs someone to live there for a week to make the small improvements; eg toaster not fully working, oven hob poor control/not reliable or efficient to cook on. All points that can be 'lived with', but could easily be improved.

Excellent place for 3 adults and 2 children (4 & 10 months) to spend 4 nights. Perfect location ( 15/20 min walk to the centre of town. 5 minutes walk to coop/pizza/chippy.

Struggling to think of anything so if I did think of something it would be overly fussy.
