This apartment is well located and superbly equipped. All you need for a holiday stay is present (and of excellent quality. But what separates it from the rest is the hospitality and friendliness of Marcos, the owner. Very responsive, when we had a brief power cut by the utility company, and bringing us a lot of goodies including succulent cake and delicious Crete meat pie « Made by Mama », who, by the way, deserves much credits. We had a superb 4 days stay and recommend this apartment to anyone spending family holidays in Chania

There was absolutely nothing we did not like. Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, contemporary, full of Markos' clever handiwork, and an altogether beautiful space. Litsa was home with the baby, so we did not meet her, but Markos was more than charming; he was helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel as if we were old friends! The welcome "basket" -- much more than a basket! -- was a delightful surprise, along with Mama's cake and the limoncello raki. The location is a bit of a walk into town, but we prefer that, as it means we are in a "real" neighborhood, and it is quiet. The balcony offered a lovely sunset for us each evening. The only reason I would hesitate to say wonderful things about this place, is that I do not want it booked for the next time we would absolutely return here! It was a highlight of our month-long trip, and I hope we stay in touch with Markos and Litsa :)

Markos was an absolutely amazing host who went above and beyond with his kind hospitality!! The apartment was also modern, very clean and spacious!!

Everything about the apartment and hosts was fabulous. Even the special handmade product from their garden and yaya cake was a real treat. 5 stars.
