The location was great, the rooms very clean and the bed very comfortable.
I wasn't too fond of the breakfast, there was not a lot of choices.

Clean, spacious rooms (as thought 15m2 would be small for 5 persoms, but it was plenty of room).
When you are non smoker and all rooms up and down starting to smoke arround in balconies. Of course its not hotels fault, but anyway why non smokers have to brief

I loved the hotel!
My room was amazing and cosy. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and very nice staff. Big balcony with lake view. The breakfast has a lot of choice.
I had a problem with my card to pay and the staff (sorry I forgot the name) was very patient and welcoming. To come back for sure.
Highly recommended.
The only thing I have to "complain" about is the distance. 10m walking from the centre but easy to do it.

The staff was treating us differently from the Italian speaking guests. People at the reception couldn’t understand even basic requests in English

Everything was great in Hotel Clarin 14 by Dori - the cosy room with balcony, the excellent breakfast with croissants tailor made for each taste, the location near to the historical city center, free parking seat for our car and of course the staff nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable hotel, convinient location, just 10 mins of walking to the city center. Good breakfast.
Water pressure was quite poor in our room (3rd floor).

The staff was very friendly, room clean, quiet and nice. Balcony Was a big Bonus. Breakfast was tasteful. Underground parking was a big Bonus in the heat wave. Very good value for money, definately would stay there again.

The room was beautiful and cozy
Breakfast was poor. For instance, there were no tomatoes or vegetables of any kind. It was far from the station and the taxi is not always available.

Breakfast was great! Also loved the fact that we could park the car in the garage. Staff really nice. We were pleasantly surprised! :)

The hotel is far from the train station and getting a taxi was extremely difficult. The rooms are not well isolated, too much noise from the hallway. The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved.

A lovely place to stay with all the amenities are wished. Our place for breakfast was the most beautiful one, each morning with fresh cornetti the way you love, ordered a day before, the stuff super caring, the room small but enough with a bathroom with a window. Everywhere very clean... a good place we had here 10 nights... and I would come definitely again... grazie

Location is a walking distance to places we wanted to go. Staff was very kind and wonderful. Parking was convenient. good for big cars and small.

Excellent hotel located less than 5 minutes walk from the center. Average breakfast, limited access to buffet due to Covid restrictions. Great bed, ultra comfortable.
Temperature too high in the room (almost 25 degrees) with no way to reduce it, unless opening the windows, with obvious waste of energy. Same in the bathroom, sort of sauna!

I liked the whole stay. People were so kind and helpful. And the hotel looked amazing. The breakfast was good
The bed was too hard and the shower is see-through. I was in a room with my friend and we could see eqch other showering. Was a bit awkward.
