The bed is not good at all

as a couple we had two separated single beds which were unable to put together also not comfortable beds.

The location is alright. Kitchen facilties in the room.

No fan in the room so very hot during the summer. The bathroom/shower was in the hallway. Noisy since there were 3 rooms in the same hall and I could hear everything from the guests in the other rooms.

Good location, looked as expected, clean bathroom and kitchen areas.

The previous guest apparently smoked in the room and it took like 24 hours of opened windows to get rid of the smell.

We'd like to underline we were sure that the booking deal couln't be accounted as valid if it was straighforwardly mentioned that the booking is not finalized as we didn't manage to get through and have our PIN tp the apartment we never used. The main feeling is as though we were tricked.

The linen was not so comfy, the air in the room was horrible as we slept in the room located in minus 1, my friends were staying in former shop, too loudy from the street, horrible air inside, bit smoky. In the triple room unbelievably small bathroom. Parking needs to be improved, as we parked on the street.

The ceiling was gross and looked like it could come down any moment. The whole hostel (because that's what it is) was extremely noisy. There were like 20 heavy doors. Not all rooms have private toilets so you hear the doors slam the whole night. Really small room. I apparently got ' genius ' discount, but even with that, it wasn't worth the money.

Everything was excellent. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. There was easy access to public transport and places to eat and buy things for the fridge and to cook with. There was a microwave, fridge and stove. Thank you

There was no water coming out of the tap to wash up with. I'm sure if I'd have asked it would have been turned on or fixed, but I just grabbed water from the sink in the bathroom!

It was quite bad, the room under the stairs although we booked a completely different option, felt like Gary Potter living under the stairs The bathroom was so small that a 1.56m tall person couldn't sit on the toilet, the floor wasn't cleaned, the bed was so high that you really had to jump off it. But there was a fridge and microwave. I would not book this room a second time. For the price of the room as the bookings say. We were almost forced to stay there as no refunds were possible.

The location is quite in the center of everything

Well we didn't expect that there won't be toilet paper 🙃 when we came at night, otherwise we could have bought it earlier.

Ok'ish

Was mainly ok'ish, but there was some dirt on the blankets and covers for the beds. The whole room smelled like old frying oil.

Very nice staff, contact-free Check in and out. Good location, not far from the old town.

It could have been a bit cleaner. The floor seemed to have not been vacuumed and washed properly. The dishes were also not very clean in the apartment. The wifi was announced but no connection was available:(

Still fairly cheap and ok value. Within 30 min. walking distance from the Schnoor centre.

Tiny basement flat = not too cosy. Check-in up the street alightly inconvenient.

It was clean and had a small kitchen. External bathroom was also clean and well prepared. Just in 5 min from the tram stop, so it is really easy to get to the railway station and to the center.

In a couple of hours after we checked in WiFi connection disappeared. We tried all the general ways to restore it and checked if the problem could be with our phones. After that we went to the reception as it is quite uncomfortable without connection in the foreign country. The manager at the reception even didn’t try to solve the problem. He just told us that the problem was in our phones and they has everything fine. Should I mention that WiFi connection never restored during our visit. And that we didn’t have any problem with “our phones” in other cities of Germany and 5 more countries in Europe.
