Plenty of room with the 3rd floor is its own apartment and worked well for our multiple families.

The beach is right across the street but does not allow animals; you have to go 3 miles down the road to take your pets to the beach. This was my only 😢.

the kitchen is very spacious

the televisions did not work, there were only 8 beds including two bunk beds, one of the beds was broken, the lock on one of the bathrooms did not work and the washing machines and dryers are rusty. I think the premises lack a lot of maintenance

The house we stayed in was nice and clean...all my grandkids had a ball. The only problem we had was the neighbors next door didn’t want my grandkids in the pool in which they were entitled just as much as their party; that was uncomfortable. I don’t know what their ethnicity was but we are black Americans. That was my only complaint, but still it was nice and we hope to return again.

The location is quiet and peaceful if you don't want in the action of Panama City Beach. There is a small store right down the road that is convenient to the location. Thomas's Donuts is right down the road, great place for breakfast. Beach Access is right across the road.

The add for this home made it seem that you had a private pool. The pool was TINY! Especially for a complex pool that was to accommodate 9 three story homes. The internet worked off and on and then the last few days, did not work at all. The pots and pans for the unit were not in good shape at all. The drawer in front of the sink where you would put sponges and such doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned. One of the beds was going "downhill" and the mattress felt like you were laying on springs. I had to purchase a topper so my father could sleep on it. For the amount of money spent for these accommodations, you would think the kitchen would be well equipped and the mattresses to be in decent shape.
