Good weather for swimming.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The bunk beds and a pull out sofa make it perfect for our family of five. The location is excellent. We are close to town, just a few steps to the lake and there is also a shared pool/hot tub you have access to. I highly recommend stayed here! Thank you for such a great experience.

Loved the large windows, the pool, and the full kitchen! The bed was very comfortable. Definitely could have been cleaner, but nothing terrible in that area.

The location of the condo was great and close to so many things (downtown, wineries, coffee shops etc.) Check in process was a little clunky to start out the trip but overall we enjoyed our stay

This is one of the best places to stay in the Chelan area in the winter. Unit is well stocked, pool is warm youll have the building pretty much all to yourself!

The only complaint is minor...the dishes, silverware and pots all had food stuck on them.

Elevator was broken most of the weekend. Half the cups leaked. Toaster didn't work. Dryer didn't work and unit was short on bath towels. Windows and patio door extremely difficult to open/close. They did send someone to address some of the issues about a day after first reported and they were unable to make any repairs. On top of that, was double charged for booking fees (not the nightly fee) and that still hasn't been resolved.

We had a weekend trip and chose this room for four adults. When we arrived the room was not what I would consider “clean” for the amount of cleaning fee I was charged. The floors were not swept/vacuumed from what I could tell, the kitchen towels were either not washed or stained with something and I’m unsure when the last time anything was dusted. There were markings on the walls, large gapes in the flooring, the furniture had chunks missing from the wood and the pull out couch was broken and not functional. It was very disappointing for the amount of money spent and I would not book at this condo ever again for these reasons.
I gave two stars because the beds were at least comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.

We are a family of 4 staying for 3 nights. We only get one of each soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. And no one response when we ask for more.
There is a soundbar under TV but connects to nothing.
The patio is inaccessible. (Not sure if it states in the agreement)
The mattress in bunk bed is very low quality.
The swimming pool is clean and we enjoyed it.

It was a great vacation. The room was very big, full kitchen was a plus. The only downside was a few dirty dishes when we arrived and a few broken items around the room such as TV speaker and a light fixture.

We have been going to Lake Chelan for 47 years, seen lots of changes. We have stayed at Chelan resort suites on and off for 20 years. This room was well appointed with nice decorations. The queen bed we felt was very comfortable, the sofa in the living room also comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, we feel the most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a condo unit! It has a nice view of the lake over roof tops. The floors have not mopped recently they were dirty, the louver doors had a collection of dust particles along with the return air grate on the heating and cooling system indicating no deep cleaning lately. We contacted Vacasa they said they would send someone over to take care of the issues, they did not! In general we caught great weather in Chelan, that is what we were going for, and we had a great time.

I had messaged the property and never got a response. The check-in process was okay but not very specific on how to get into the property. The pictures made it seem nicer than it was. There was no welcome packet with information for us for checkin/checkout procedures, I actually had to ask other guests what was required of us to not get charged. No iron like the listing said. The TV was hard to work, multiple remotes, Roku remote but no connection to tv. It was fine overall but I have stayed at much nicer places for WAY less money. I can tell they didn’t take time to really clean but did some things to make it tolerable.

We loved this condo. The kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean. We loved the views through the floor to ceiling windows. The location was great- just a short walk through the property to the park and beach area.

Fun in the Sun
Condo is upto date, clean and modern, Bedroom and Balcony overlook the main road into Chelan, so fairly noisy. Nice beach and park within easy walking distance.

Also the bunk beds were right next to the front door so it seemed unsafe to have to kids stay in there. The floor was FILTHY. My kids had a bath as soon as we checked into the unit and within an hour the bottoms of their feet were black from running around the apartment. The light outside the unit was burned out and the unit was tucked back in a dark corner so seeing the key pad was a challenge.
The view was nice, the proximity to the lake and park was great, the unit seemed nicely furnished and overall comfortable although not great for a family with kids.

Good for family
We felt comfortable and the place gives you that home vibe. Just make sure you wash the dishes before using them. It wasn't washed well and you can easily tell just by looking at it.

Great view but..
Replace rugs and pillows they are heavily soiled. Provide more than One roll of toilet paper. Provide guests with code to elevator. We had to take stairs the whole time. No DVD player in main room, you should specify that. Great view though. Balcony sits right above hotel garbages. Unpleasant smell.

Great view!
We have stayed in several units over the years at Chelan Resort Suites. We really enjoyed this unit because of the gorgeous view uplake! The units on this side of the building can be a little loud as they back up to a hotel and their trash recycling area. Doesn't really bug me. The bunk bed in the unit could be a little sturdier. Our teenage daughter slept on the bottom bunk, but definitely only a small child could use the top bed. Would suggest that the throw pillows be updated as they were very mushy and sad looking, also the couch upholstery could use a shampoo. We could not get our access code to work to get in to the elevator on the bottom floor, couldn't figure out why. The washing machine was very loud and had to run laundry before trying to sleep.
Would certainly stay here again. The complex is in a great location near Lakeside Park with a quick drive to town and the water park, etc.

Good location on the water!
This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Covered garage parking and access to the beautiful park right on the water. The unit was not cleaned as well as I would expect from the previous guests -- leftover coffee grounds in coffee pot, smelly food in garbage disposal, not swept under furniture, hair in bathroom. I think it got a quick cleaning, but not a thorough cleaning. We never did get the TV to work and I see previous guests had the same problem. Overall, the good out-weighted the bad and I would return, but would ask that the unit be thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival - Especially during a pandemic.

Great experience!
We loved the property and it was literally in front of the park. Walk out the backdoor and there ya go, Lake Chelan! Parking was great too; Inside the building and our own parking spot. Will be coming back for sure!

Not a pleasant experience
When entering the property at checkin there were multiple issues. First off it was not clean (even though I was told I could not get early check in because it required extra time for cleaning). This was a bigger deal because of the Covid pandemic and I had my kids and fiance with me. There were dirt Mark's on multiple walls, hand Mark's on the refrigerator, the ac unit was leaking (there was a puddle of water in the ac closet) the door knob on the laundry room closet almost came fully detached from the door when pulled to open, bathroom sink nozzle on the right was raised (above where it should be)... Also noticed later when using the microwave the paneling was coming off... Also the code I was given worked for everything except the main entrance from the main floor. It was difficult to get in contact with anyone (waited more than an hour on hold while my fiance and kids went to the pool). When I finally spoke with someone, I had to talk to more than one person and the 2nd person I spoke with (the next day) was not aware what I had discussed with the first person. I have still been trying to get in contact with property management to discuss not only the cleanliness issue, but also the inconveinece and safety risk this has caused me and my family.

It was the perfect place for a short weekend getaway. It was very clean and spacious for about 6 people. The view was spectacular and a few steps away from the water.

The room was cozy, reasonably clean, and overall pleasant. We went in November so most of Chelans attractions were closed but the town was pleasant and the views were awesome. Staff were really helpful when we had issues with our door code.

Great location and price
I have stayed here twice now, and have always found the accommodations to be clean, and ready for guests. There are basic kitchen supplies (like pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc) and even a dishwasher so making our own meals was super easy. This condo is also within walking distance of the lake, so it's a great location for swimming/lounging by the water! I highly recommend this condo and will probably stay here again in the future.
