Super clean, beds are very comfortable and great location!!! Only problem we had was getting into the condo. We arrived later in the evening (11:30 pm) and the code that given to us did not work. We tried several phone numbers that were listed and no one answered. Maybe I misread the part on who to call, but we FINALLY reached someone and she gave us a new code.

This was our second trip to AMI and we absolutely loved the location of this condo. The sunrise views from the balcony were amazing. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely return and hopefully book this condo again in the future. Such a wonderful stay with in a great location! The place was super clean and everyone that was staying in the complex was very polite and nice. The beach was located such a short walk away and having a pool on the first floor of the complex was so convenient in every way especially since the waves on the beach were a little too strong for my 3 year old.

Got refund from credit card company for condo fee and call you to get my $249.00 service fee refunded have not heard back from you yet. This is our second year staying at this complex, and we love this location as we can walk or trolley anywhere on AMI, and it is an easy walk to the beach. The bay view is so beautiful and relaxing. The pool is heated, so nice when visiting in early spring. The condo is well stocked with paper products, soaps, shampoo. However, other than coffee, if you plan to cook much, plan to purchase spices, etc - this wasn’t a problem for us as we ate out mostly. I couldn’t honestly give a 5 star rating as we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo this time. We were 45 minutes delayed entering the condo due to cleaning crew still in the unit. When we got in condo, it was not up to our typical standards. Let me say, it was nothing to prevent us from enjoying our stay, but the 4 people in our group spent about a half hour cleaning to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. When Terry reached out the following day, I did share this with him, and shortly after, a manager with cleaning crew arrived to the condo asking what could be done to make this right. I explained we had already cleaned, and just wanted to get on with enjoying our vacation. After further communication with Terry, he was apologetic and attributed this to being extra busy due to spring break, and he did go over and above to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. Again, you can’t go wrong with this location.

We really enjoyed this property! The location is perfectly situated near Bradenton beach and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Photos look exactly like the condo and the washer and dryer were a nice touch. Fully stocked with all linens, toiletries and other needs for your stay. Probably one of the most well stocked vrbo I have stayed in. My one area of improvement would be the floors. There was a bit of sand on the floor when we arrived but they did provide a broom and dustpan so it was an easy fix! 5/5

The condo was very nice, well decorated, great location. The property owner was a bit rude when I tried to have groceries delivered there prior to our arrival which is advertised in an email I received about the island. He said I should have used his concierge service and that no one can get in before 4pm but I knew nothing about any concierge service. He did resolve the issue but wasn’t nice about it. I’m glad we had no other issues that I needed to contact him about. Aside from that I have no complaints.

Overall this is a nice place with a great location. Super easy check-in and check-out process (more on the check-out in the review). The unit is updated and was overall clean but there was a smell of mildew when we entered, perhaps the place was closed up for a while. We were able to open the windows and get rid of it. With the sliding doors open you would get a mildew smell once or twice but it is literally right on the bay so maybe that should be expected. I would have given this place a 5 star but the cleaner showing up at 930 and sitting outside while we were getting our stuff together for a 10 am checkout was a little much. When I told the man I needed a few more minutes, he wasn't happy but he left while a second (very pleasant) cleaning person remained outside the door until we officially left at 9:59 am.

We have had a fantastic few days in this lovely condo. Beautiful views from the balcony and stocked with everything you could need. We couldn't stay here on our first night because there was no power after hurricane Ian so we had to check in to a hotel in Orlando but the next day the owner contacted us and and we were so happy to be in Bradenton beach again

Property was fantastic! Boat dock was great for the few days we had it. We had to cut it short due to hurricane Ian but over all a great room and location. Only problem was things were moved inside the condo a few times. Workers came to fix the lock with no knowledge also. I only wonder how many times they were in our room with all our stuff lying around.

The property is in a great location, on the water overlooking the inter coastal, and a few minutes from the best part of the beach if you ask us. Nice and clean, everything you need.
Only issue was not being able to get in the property until precisely 3pm, don’t expect to get there early hoping it’s ready, you can’t physically get in.

Terrible odor upon opening door. There were some renovations however not done well. It was dirty (wore shoes at all times), washed countertops and any dishes before using. Hall bath had broken tiles, a leak above toilet. Master bath had a dirty, moldy shower curtain with hung on a dirty, rusty rod. The guest bedroom was storage for outside stuff and bedding. Was again filthly. No ceiling fans and the box fans were covered in dirt and dust. Bedding was worn and shabby. Would not recommend.

Very nice condo in a good location. Enjoyed looking at the bay. The condo had updates. Only negative would be sand in pull out couch and floor but understandable with being at the beach. Also condensation dripping from vents on ceiling. Beds very comfortable and nicely updated. Worked very well for our family of 6. Would recommend. Terry very responsive to inquiries.

Perfect Location!
We really loved this property! This is in a perfect location. You have a beautiful view of the bay, we saw some dolphins while drinking morning coffee. You are only a block away from Bradenton Beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Property was great. Had a lot of essential things...we did have to run out and by paper plates, coffee filters but it was no problem. Decorated super cute. Some areas within the rental due need updated/upkeep....trim was very dirty/scratched, bathroom tile needs a good clean, but it was still a great place to stay. If we ever come back, we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Although it is not on the beach it is a very short walk to get to it. The condo was very well supplied. We enjoyed the pool daily and sitting on the balcony with a drink in the evening.

Fantastic experience
This was a great experience. More positives than I will be able to write. The location is as it looks, beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and the bay directly behind the unit. We saw dolphins and manatees right at the dock. The parking was very easy and close with reserved spots. The pool was warm and clean. We enjoyed having the pool at the bottom of the steps. The owner was very easy to work with and SUPER helpful. Finally the location made it easy to get to a number of places to eat, grab a drink, or walk. All in all this was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had.

It was a great location with a nice view off the balcony of the bay and it was only a few steps from the beach. The place was clean and had all the necessities needed (Beach chairs, cooking utensils, towels, etc). I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beach is right across the street and you have the water view of the bay and bridge from your balcony. Very quiet. Nice to have 2 parking spots since most everything is walking distance. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit.

I'll start this by saying GREAT location, GREAT communication. We overall had a great time. The company looks to be trying their best to make the place look and feel nice. There is a few things that made the experience less than perfect though. The floors "new" but terrible. Whoever put the floors down did a terrible job. The thermostat in the middle of the night had apparently ran out of battery (not hard wired?) and it got extremely hot and we had to take them out multiple times to get the AC to work. The dryer didn't fully work because it was full of lint and we were unable to clean it out, we tried. We did somehow eventually was able to get it to work once. Shower curtain rod was REALLY rusted, got it on my clothes. With that being said, the location is great, GREAT view. If they solved those few problems it would had been PERFECT!

Nice property, close to beach/restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, nice layout. Enjoyed the deck off the living room and master bedroom. Some maintenance needed throughout the property (paint touch-ups/bathroom tile work, ceiling etc.) bathrooms needed more cleaning.

A fantastic property in a great location!
We had a great time staying here, it has everything you need for a great family vacation. The condo is large, very clean and plenty of room for everybody with a great balcony to sit and relax. It has a very nice pool and the beach is right across the street, so that was great. We had great communication from Terry leading up to the trip and we would really love to stay here again sometime.
