We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Acaimo. The property itself is fabulous, fully equipped with anything you might need, spacious and beautifully decorated. Silvia is an amazing host ! From our arrival to departure she was welcoming, helpful and very thoughtful.
A car is probably essential for getting around if you want to do some sightseeing or shop at larger supermarkets but we were so comfortable at the Villa we barely left ! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say at all, can’t wait to come back as soon as possible !!

We recently stayed at this villa as a family of 5 and found the property to be flawless inside and out.
We particularly loved the outside space with so many options for sun or shade around a fantastic pool. The high quality finishes inside with air-conditioning throughout and such great space across the three floors to relax.
Silvia was the most perfect hostess and so attentive from the time we made the booking, to the run up to the stay to meeting us at the property and during our stay. If you need help with anything Silvia is always a few minutes away.
We found a car was necessary to explore the local area and beyond, with so many great beaches nearby. There were also so many choices for food shops within a few minutes drive.
Overall experience was exceptional. We had an amazing holiday. Do not hesitate to book this property.

What a wonderful week we have spent at Villa Acaimo!
Silvia is just wonderful and made the whole process so easy. She was always on hand if we needed anything but everything was covered in the welcome pack that was waiting on the table for us. Everything was in it from local shops and restaurants to taxi numbers and local attractions! We highly recommend Bar La Font in Polop! The food and service was fantastic! We also did kayaking and went to Fonts D'Algar.
The villa had absolutely everything we needed! The heated pool was a bonus! Its a little bit set out of the way so a car is recommended.
* as much as it pains me to say, it is worth noting that Villa Acaimo is on a complex that is still under construction so there is building work being done next door with noise throughout the day.

The Villa is very well presented and equipped and is located in a quiet residential area which makes it great for families with young children. The property is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in the region offering a great choice of places to explore all within 20-30 mins drive. Silvia, the host is fantastic. Really welcoming and generous with her welcome to the property. I highly recommend a stay.

The Villa was quite simply amazing! So clean, extremely well stocked with really good quality items. The rooms were a great size with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The area itself was very quiet. The pool area again was spotless with enough loungers for everyone. Our host, Silvia was lovely - very good communication and informative. She advised us in advance of the local supermarket delivery app which was a great help so we organised a food delivery in advance. Would absolutely recommend to all - if you come across this villa and your date is available, do not hesitate to book!!

I just don't know where to start so I will give it a go. Silvia is the most professional host I have ever dealt with, we were sent all details about the villa, recommended restaurants, and what was in the area etc before we arrived. Silvia kept in touch with us via Whatsapp right until we arrived and greeted us at the villa upon arrival. Silvia's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced our vacation experience. The Villa itself was stunning and exceeded our expectation in every way. The design and decor really created an inviting atmosphere a real home from home. Every room was spotlessly clean, comfort and quality of the furnishings were exceptional. The attention Silvia has given to even the smallest of details did not go unnoticed. The villa was equipped with all the amenities and facilities you could ever need. From the well stocked kitchen, to the poolroom and BBQ, we found ourselves lacking for nothing throughout our stay. The outdoor space/pool were equally impressive and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The landscaped garden, spacious pool area and breath taking views made it difficult to ever leave the villa and explore the surrounding area. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Silvia and Michael for providing us with an unforgettable villa experience. Silvia as our host was excellent from start to finish. The villa had everything you could possibly need for your holiday and was spotlessly clean. We were there for a relaxing week as part of a tour around Spain and were joined by friends. You need a car if you are staying at the villa though. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance but for everything else its at least a 10-15 minute drive away. I am sure in time more amenities will follow.

Firstly, Silvia was a great host. Great communication and very easy check in process. The Villa was lovely with quality furnishings, great facilities with everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Would highly recommend for families and groups and would advise car hire to get out and about. We hope to return some day.

We made a last minute booking here after a shocking experience at another property. Silvia, the owner, was extremely quick and easy to deal with, also she was very understanding. The property was spectacular, very modern and as clean as you could ever ask for, the specification, quality and general upkeep of the property was above what we expected and served our needs perfectly for the 4 days we were there. Its just a short walk down the hill to the nearest town with great facilities and a cheap taxi into Benidorm too. Silvia was the ultimate host, helpful and also going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house and its owner are an example of how things are done properly. We can only highly recommend this. 5 stars all round!

Exactly what we wanted
We wanted a family break on the outskirts of Benidorm - so we could venture into the madness when we wanted, but have peace and quiet and a bit of luxury for the most part. This villa provided all of that.

We just had an amazing 3 week stay at the Villa. Some highlights of the space:
* amazing property owner managing the property made sure we had everything we needed and we got to play with her puppies.
* house was perfectly equipped, beds were high quality, an abundance of towels, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home
* we were 3 adults and 2 kids. Great layout for privacy for everyone. Master on the 2nd level with bathroom and private balcony with views to the sea, main level bedroom and bathroom in case someone has mobility issues and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the basement level (basement level was very nice and bright).
* furnishings modern, new and clean
* heated pool and great outdoor space to hang out
About the area:
* close to the waterfall, Guadalest, ziplining, and the new sports center where my kids attended tennis camp. All the amenities of Benidorm were 15 minutes away, including the beach (parking is cheap like 2 euros), shopping like Carrefour, amusement parks and water parks.
We had a great time and hope to stay here again when we come back in town.

Stylish & spacious villa
Really stylish villa with quality furnishings and lots of space - each of the bedrooms is large. The TV has international channels which is an nice extra. The house has good privacy and feels secure. The bed was comfy and everything was very well maintained. The check in & out process was super easy and Silvia is delightful - a great communicator and provided really useful information. We travelled with our dog and found lots of great hiking trails in La Nucia and surrounding areas. A car is essential but there are excellent supermarkets and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Estuvimos con amigos y nuestros peques en este precioso chalet. Todo en perfecto estado,muy cuidado y ordenado. Preciosa terraza con piscina y barbacoa. La casa muy cuidada, salón y cocina amplios, las habitaciones grandes y muy luminosas. Los baños modernos y uno en cada planta de la casa. Situada en una tranquila urbanización y a escasos kilómetros, encuentras de todo (supermercados,restaurantes,...)
Sin duda nuestra estancia ha sido muy muy agradable. Seguro repetiremos.

Maravillosa villa para descansar
Maravillosa villa para relajarse y disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. La zona es muy tranquila rodeada de un paisaje excelente. La casa se encuentra completamente equipada y ordenada, es muy cómoda y limpia. La piscina ideal, al ser climatizada el baño siempre es apetecible. Dispone de barbacoa para poder disfrutar de una comida al aire libre en familia. Esperamos poder repetir, recomendable al 100%... Y como olvidar a los propietarios, Silvia y Egbert, son dos personas maravillosas, atentas y detallistas. Se preocupan mucho porque la estancia sea perfecta y nosotros se lo queremos agradecer de manera especial. Nuestra puntuación es un 10 sobre 10.

We loved staying here. The place is really maintained to high standards. Heated pool adds lots of advantage. Only thing to bear in mind that the electricity charge vary if you use the pool at a higher temperature. Silvia is a superb host. She made sure we are happy and got everything we needed during our trip. Recommended!!

Amazing villa - Thought of everything
The villa was as per the photos and is amazing. Silvia has thought of everything you need in the villa, including a handy toastie machine. Silvia phoned us the moment we arrived to give us advice and an update on the local area as well as tips. There was also a handy manual that covered everything- including the prices of local restaurants. The villa was spotlessly clean as was the pool. The housekeepers husband offers a taxi service and was easy to book and turned up on time on every occasion. There was a couple of times I needed to contact Silvia and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely use again and would struggle to fault anything. The heated pool is great as it is warm first thing in the morning. Overall a great holiday.

The villa is absolutely beautiful as is the area. There is nothing that you won’t find in the villa. You need a car to get around if you are planning on leaving the villa. We used the services of the owners friend, Pepe who has a minibus to get into Benidorm and Albir. The owner, Silvia was so helpful from start to finish. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday x

Super Wohlfühl-Villa in ruhiger Umgebung
Toll, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Ferienvilla, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Da macht sogar im Urlaub Kochen Spaß :-)
Super bequeme Betten, ausreichende Geschirrausstattung, Smoothie-Maker, elektr. Saftpresse, Eiswürfelmacher, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelmöglichkeit...
Wohnen auf 3 Ebenen und 2 Terrassen mit dem Vorteil, dass es für jeden auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt.
Der beheizte Pool ist großzügig, so dass man gut schwimmen kann - und das selbst bei nicht ganz so hochsommerlichen Temperaturen!
Die Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthalts ist super, wir wurden gut informiert wo es was gibt (Tipps zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Strände, Ausflüge etc.). Kleinerer Supermarkt zu Fuß in ca. 500 m gut erreichbar.
Ruhige Lage in einer Ferienvilla-Siedlung im Hinterland (Blick auf die Berge, mit Wandermöglichkeiten). Badestrände sind in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar
Ein rundum toller und entspannter Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Wonderful Holiday
7 adults stayed for one week, Villa Acaimo is modern, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Silvia, the owner was so helpful from beginning to end and the fruit, fizz and jam was a lovely thought. Polop is a very quiet area, it has a shop and a bar/bistro 10 minutes walk from the villa. We didn't have a car and would recommend one however Pepe provided a great taxi service in his 8 seater minibus. Benidorm is well worth visiting both during the day and night as is La Nucia. We had a wonderful week thank you and have some very happy memories.

Home is not a place - it's a feeling...
...and these feelings we experienced during our stay were absolutely overwhelming and special:
- The Villa Acaimo is perfectly equipped and generous which makes a stay for groups up to 8 persons (also with kids) quite pleasant
- Refreshing pool (for colder days also heatable) surrounded by artificial grass which makes it even more comfortable to hang around there
- Super clean
- High-quality interior design. You feel that everything is well planned and selected with passion and love.
- Cool BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen
- A supermarket is just around the corner, a bigger one 10 minutes drive
- On sundays there is a nice market five minutes walk with fresh fruits and vegetables
- 20 minutes drive to Altea (with a beautiful historical center and a beach)
- Overwhelming view of the mountains - when you are up to mountainbiking or hiking this should be your next stay!
So if you want to have some relaxing and soothing holidays you should experience the magic of the Villa Acaimo yourself.

The perfect house for a Xmas holiday with friends in the Costa Blanca
We wanted a modern house close to the mountain bike and walking trails in La Nucia for a two week break at Xmas. The house was a winner. It was spacious and clean and well equipped. Jessi the housekeeper met us at the house on our arrival at our chosen time and was both friendly and helpful. The owner Silvia was always available on the telephone and contacted us not long after we got there to check everything was ok. This wasn't a surprise as she had been so efficient and helpful in the planning and booking of the property.
The garden that surrounds the house is comfortable and relaxed with chairs and sofas on the terrace and sun loungers around the pool. There was a pool house which was just perfect for locking up our mountain bikes at the end of each day riding in the hills.
The kitchen is well-equipped and we had no trouble cooking for eight people almost every day. We did eat out on Xmas Day at the beach in Altea which is only a short drive away but for those who want to stay at home there is a small supermarket 5 minutes from the house and plenty of shops down in La Nucia. The dining space has plenty of room for eight people and the rest of the open plan space allows a comfortable area to watch tv or stream entertainment over the really good wifi connection.
The house is in a quiet area of similar properties and our sleep was never disturbed. So it's a lovely place to unwind and relax.
We had a great time and would go back again in the future.

Such a great stay in this lovely Villa. As a family of 5 with 3 young children it's hard to find somewhere that caters for all... but this has amazing social space internally with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and great space outdoors with a beautiful pool! The owners Silvia and Bert couldn't do enough for us and were very, very helpful. We can't wait to go back! And you must visit Tapas Alley in Old Benidorm - stunning architecture and tapas!!

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen (Ende August / Anfang September) in der Villa Acaimo verbracht und sind rundum absolut zufrieden. Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön, bequem und vollumfänglich (Bäder, Klimaanlage, Küche, mehrere Fernseher usw.), es mangelt an nichts, alles ist neu und in bester Qualität. Swimmingpool (mit Massagedüsen, Beleuchtung, elektrisch abdeckbar) ist ein Traum für Groß und klein, die Aussenküche mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit bietet eine super Gelegenheit für abendliches Beisammensein, die Pergola und der riesige Sonnenschirm spenden wohltuenden Schatten. Dank des Rasens (neu) ist der Boden angenehm weich und nicht heiss, was besonders den Kleinen sehr gut tut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön (Bergsicht), das Mehr (mehrere Sand- und Kieselstrände), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essen/Kultur sind in wenigen Autofahrminuten gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich, wir haben uns bereits lange vor dem eigentlichen Urlaub sehr zuversichtig, wohl und umsorgt gefühlt.
