Everything about this hotel is amazing. A stunning building with beautiful architecture and interiors, the gorgeous terrace and views, the amazing staff who are friendly and help with every need as well as all the luxury 5 star touches that felt so special. Our evening in Terazza Bosquet was the best fine dining we have eaten at for some time. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I have convinced my husband to renew our vows here in the future!

Extortionately expensive restaurant, $40 EUR for a sandwich or burger which whilst delicious, did not justify the prices.

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. In this instance, you get what you pay for. With a place like this, you don’t need to venture outside the walls of the property. It has the best restaurants, best bars and views of Vesuvius to die for. The staff were incredibly professional, yet they would also remember you and have a laugh with you. We probably had the best pizza we’ve ever eaten at L’Orangerie (the restaurant nestled between the huge outdoor pool and the gorgeous orange groves - try the homemade marmalade by the way!). The Michelin Star restaurant, Terrazza Bosquet was incredible. Attentive service, knowing when and-more importantly-when not to approach, imaginative appetisers, genius wine pairings, delicious food and an even more delicious view - this was the cherry on top of what was already an amazing stay!

Outstanding world class hotel with extraordinary staff. Attention to detail and to your every need as a guest. Incredible buffet breakfast that has table after table of pastries and fruit and cheeses and meats and eggs etc. or, you can eat in your room. We had a magnificent terrace which overlooked the sea. Great staff. Attention to detail. Lovely evening cocktail space on the grand terrace.

Very expensive room charge, as expected for a leading hotel. Approx $1500.00 USD a night for a top tier room. But the experience is first class so it is well worth it.

We spent a week here on honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you arrive its like you are their only guest. The staff are the best people who feel like friends you are leaving when you check out. Cleanliness is unbelievable, beds and towels changed every night. Fridge and toiletries are restocked every day. The grounds are stunning with beautiful plants and flowers, jasmine, roses, lavender. It's intoxicating just walking up the drive Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Now saving up for our next visit.

There is nothing about this hotel that we didn't like, except leaving.
