The hotel is quiet and calm.

The rooms and amenities need upgrading.

it’s pretty good if you land on the airport late night. it’s close to the airport.

Everything was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Very friendly staff and accommodating for an early checkout before our flight. Good value for one night.

Right next to train tracks a little noisy at times. Small elevator.

Not too far from the train station, the room was clean, decent price for what offered. We stayed only one night not to be far from Bergamo Airport.

It was a bit cold and the shower cabin small.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help even though English was not very good. The location was walking distance from the train station. There were a few restaurants nearby with a good selection of food.

The shower cubicle was very tiny. We couldnt turn on the water and run it for a minute till it get warm, as the cubicle was so small - had to turn the shower on and jump out of the cubicle to let it run for a minute so the water becomes a bit warm, and in the process got a blast of very cold water. The road noise was audible as the hotel was very close to the road, but it was not a major issue.

No breakfast , which I assumed they had . They kindly made me a coffee

It's hard to find and a good walk to the station for an old guy like me

Unfortunately we didn't like anything.

Regrettably this was the worst hotel we've ever encountered. It was old fashioned, dark and the room particularly the bathroom was malodorous. The chair was stained and the bed uncomfortable. We decided we weren't going to stay in a hotel of this dreadful standard. We checked out 20 minutes after arrival. We addressed our concerns to the person in charge who offered an alternative room which we declined as we had absolutely no confidence in this establishment. We were offered an apology and charged FULL PRICE!!! I strongly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Only the location

Nothing was good. The information from the reception was not clear. There were spider web, no hygiene. Very bad experience.

Handy location for the train station. The staff were also very helpful as we were leaving at 4am to get a flight so they booked a taxi for us.

It was a little bit noisy in the corridor when we were going to sleep.
