AC wasnt working in the room,and that s not the first time when theh had this issue.also the staff (one old lady) was very rude and unpolite,bad mannered and so on.

This is feedback for Booking.com and your communication with the hotel rather than hotel itself. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. But on arrival, we found my daughter's sofa bed not made up and only 2 towels in the room. When we asked for the bed to be made up we were told that Booking.com had only advised the room was for 2 visitors and because no housekeeping staff were on duty that they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to make up the bed. What is that all about? This is your fault, not the hotel's, though not having housekeeping staff on duty is poor in itself. In the end, we did get the bed made up, but we never got that third towel. Any explanation from you on this poor communication of room requirements? Pretty basic stuff I would have thought. Makes me want to return to Hotels.com, who I've never had a problem with.

The staff were excellent and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful.

Booing sent me a review request on the morning of my stay which was very worrying as it implied that I should have stayed the night before!

I had a towel rail fall on to me and cut my arm and the shower wasn’t working properly so I had to go to a friends to have a shower

The room was spacious and clean. The food was ok in the restaurant.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly. The fact that they wouldnt take £50 notes as payment was inconvenient. Only 1 lift working

Rooms to hot A/C couldn't turn lower than 19. Then they charge you £12 to park in the car park, never again.

Room and bed spacious and comfortable. Breakfast area modern and cosy, decent choice

We wanted, and got an early check in, 10am. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our short stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast and evening meal were high quality. Restaurant staff excellent. The bedroom was large, very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would use again when in the area.

Car parking, but that is not the fault of the staff.
