It’s location was great

The music at the pool area was a little too loud, enjoyable but a little loud. Everything else was fantastic

Our terrace was in walkway between building, lack of parking even for drop off and pickup.

Very clean and well located to the main old town . A little noisy after hours but location makes up for it: pool bar and service - excellent. Spa and facilities and facilities are fab.

A little pricey.

It was very central. Loads of bars and restaurants all around the hotel.

When showering all the water came out to the floor in the room, which made it slippery and dangerous, it’s an occuring problem in other rooms as well as we heard people making that complaint to the staff.

Amazing location with great sun terrace, lounge beds and bar area for food and drink

High on a hill so can be a bit tiring going up and down to the main restaurants and bars but a small price to pay vs being kept up at night with the street noise. Could be more of a challenge for families with young children, prams etc

Modern and good location

The room was extremely small for the price. The shower leaked all over the room because it was not sealed properly. You have to pay for beach/pool towels if you want a new one as they will only be changed after 3 days

Property was in a great location. Was very clean, and fresh

Didnt like the very small room we had, was very small for the price we paid, was very dear hotel. And there was glass doors on the toilets and showers so there was no privacy to use the toilet or shower. The air conditioning was very hard to use also and it kept going off on us.

I booked the XL room and I loved the space and design of the hotel.

I wish the bathroom was designed better and had shelves to keep your products.

Room was clean, very eco friendly, pool was nice and relaxing, staff were friendly, close to everything.

Right on the strip, not the best location if your looking for somewhere quiet, light sleepers so could hear the music until 5am - bring ear plugs

Loved the steam room and indoor pool; lovely and relaxing; liked the rituals toileteries!; hotel in very good location in old town; 5 minutes walk from beach Found spa staff particularly helpful; timely responses through WhatsApp when booking steam room etc.

Not much I didn't like to be honest; in a lively area of town so wouldn't recommend retiring for the night too early! Having said that, all music seemed to stop in or around 12 midnight and was peaceful after that.

Location was excellent, clean, great atmosphere, great breakfast, staff excellent and an overall relaxing holiday!

Staff in breakfast and pool was lovely, food in general was nice and not overpriced, double size sun loungers, amazing breakfast, rooms style, music, view and vibes at the pool which is located on the roof so you can see algarve old town landscape

You can’t sleep until the party is over because hotel Is located just above the main party street 😀

it was clean

for 200 euro per night and you don’t even get a bed side table. the en-suite was glass box. advertised as soundproof but could hear everything from outside , blackout curtains didn’t work. didn’t sleep a wink and when I complained to the staff no offer to change rooms or any attempt to resolve the situation. and also the air con either didn’t work or blast out at 100 miles an hour. I never leave comments but honestly this place is a rip off

Everything was great. Couldn't fault our stay at all. The pool was very well maintained and the service was great. Staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. I particularly liked the option to message via whatsapp if we required assistance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Early check-in would have been nice, but otherwise, everything was great.

Fantastic location, incredibly clean and the staff were amazing. We will be booking again next year.
