No plates or cutlery, sucks when you want to order take aways in like Thai or that sort of thing. For 170-200 a night you would expect that. No bench either. Wifi was a bit slow at night Could hear the water running through other peoples rooms. No smart tv

Very old hotel and everything was very old. my room overlook a power transformer across the car park.. buzzing sound sometimes.. Everything was very old.. just old..

Parking facilities. Very minimal for the size of the Hotel. I did manage to secure a park I must add but maneuvering in and put tests your parking skills!

The room was old, and dated. No main light in the room, only lamps which were dim. Photos looked better than actual room. Beds were comfortable though.

The best thing was the bed. It was so comfortable.

No cooked breakfast on Saturday morning. I’d seen the menu and really looked forward to corn fritters. Got to breakfast and told no chef on weekends so only continental. Very disappointed there was no prior notification and paid $20 for toast and a bit of fruit!

Great location in the center of the city. very comfortable beds. Big tv with sky box. every room has reasonable view of the city.

Restaurant and bar were closed both nights we stayed. only open for continental breakfast. Room decor is dated.

Helpful staff at reception.

Housekeeping did not service the room fully. Ventilation was lacking unless windows and balcony door opened but it was cold and we couldnt do this.

Great location, a easy walk into the main shopping area.

Bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade, shower nozzle didn't work well.

parking was an initial major issue with lack of guest parking spaces. Rooms for two individual guests are far too small with two Queen sized beds. For a hotel to advise an hour before breakfast that due to staff issues they cannot supply a full breakfast is totally unacceptable. Hotel did not offer to reimburse costs of lack of breakfasts until i raised the issue and then hotel offered a $7.00 /person/day credit. not good enough.
