Small room. Not even a kettle to make hot water for tea. Beds very narrow, not queen size. No room to store clothes No safe in the room

Convenient for station, tram, restaurants and town centre

The lift (elevator) did not go from ground floor/reception to first floor. Only awkward set of stairs to list floor to access lift to higher floors. A problem for those with mobility issues and/or heavy luggage.

The staff were very nice and friendly. It was very quiet at night.

The decoration of the room is questionable (flowers and leaves painted on walls like in a hospital or kindergarten). It would have been better to just have white walls.

The Staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered was wonderful even though we didn't eat it. I loved how convenient the hotel is to the gare.

I would have liked the room to be a bit larger. The wifi didn't work that well. It was difficult for me to make calls with skype because of weak wifi.

We had a lovely greeting every morning from receptionist called Karen, she was so friendly, helpful and made sure that our stay was a happy one. Thank you Karen.

You have to climb stairs to reach the lift. The lift is on the first floor. Maybe another mirror beside front door of room as with 3 adults needed a mirror every morning. However, this is just small and this would not stop me availing of the same room for 3 adults.

Ideally located for quick access to the station, restaurants and the city centre. Very straight forward but modern and clean, our double room was a good size. Quiet too even though it overlooks a busy square. Good breakfast. Friendly staff

A minor point really, we could not turn the heating down and got a bit hot overnight. Others might find this perfect!
