Small elevator and the hotel is a bit outdated.

Very closed to Ulm city centre. The rooms are cleaned and comfortable. There is always a little chocolate waiting for you. The breakfast is good.

AMAZING breakfast! EZ access to shopping and bakeries/restaurants. Only a couple minutes walk to the teeny local Christmas market and only about ten minutes from the good sized Christmas market in Ulm. Nice area. 2 day stay about perfect for this area in winter, in the summer I'd stay longer and do more sightseeing in the surrounding communities.

-Noisy street under windows and very bad window seals. It is hard to fall asleep in the evening. -Missing eggs for breakfast.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was easy to reach via public transport or a short walk from the old town.

The room had an AC, but even in the slowest mode, the room was getting too cold.

It is a small but well equipped hotel. The location is also pretty ok, not very far from the city centre and close to the shopping mall. We had good time, a good breakfast and a welcoming service.

The place was very central but also really quiet. 5 minutes walking from the riverside, also lots of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Person can easily explore both Ulm and Neu Ulm from this location just by walking. We arrived by car, it was easy to park on the street but also the hotel has a parking for very reasonable price. It's in the near of the trainstation as well if you arrive by train. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the people were very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will go there again
