Struttura bella e pulita, personale cordiale

Ci hanno cambiato stanza perché durante la notte le finestre si aprivano e non rimanevano chiuse. La stanza era fredda e il rumore del condizionatore era incessante. Fortunatamente ci è stata subito cambiata la stanza anche nel cuore della notte

the staff seemed very over worked and lacked energy they gave us a room which did not have of the facilities which we paid extra for eg tea coffee machine, safe air conditioner ..although the air con was non existent had to go back down to get room changed. so make sure you get what u pay for yourself.arrived with no option for even a cold drink had to chase the staff for a bottle of coke and then a separate search for the bottle opener. best thing was the breakfast and the breakfast staff

È la seconda volta che pernotto qui in un paio di anni. L'ho scelto appositamente perché la volta precedente mi sono trovato bene, avevo un ricordo buono delle camere e altrettanto dell'ampia colazione continentale.

I prezzi sono aumentati molto, nonostante la bassa stagione.

Ambiente accogliente, camere spaziose, colazione ottima e staff gentile e educato.

Receberam várias encomendas para mim.

La colazione offerta è di buon livello, c'è una discreta scelta. la posizione. per il mio viaggio è stata perfetta. Vicinissimo alla stazione di Milano Rogoredo e alla fermata della metropolitana San Donato. Dovendo poi assistere ad un evento tenuto nella struttura, è stata un'ottima soluzione.

Posso dirmi soddisfatto, non ci sono aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti.

Breakfast, Breakfast I know you pay little extra for but its really worth it, it’s the best breakfast I have ever had in a really long time.

Air conditioning didn’t keep up my room cold had to switch room, it’s much better and it’s newly remodeling better than the first room. It would be nice if they had shuttle bus to the nearest metro station.

Room was large and comfortable. Wonderful bathroom and whole place was super clean.

Location is 20 min drive from Milan city centre.

Very small room, view to old part of the hotel to a railway and highway. No parking available with video surveillance. Stuff recommended to us to get all the baggage to the room.

Good breakfast. Metro connectivity at 10-15 minutes.

the service, they provide things without a questions as many as I like and they don't get irretated. getting the room was the most easiest part, they kept it simple

it's not that I dislike but I just don't understand about how you need to bring a real passports for children since sometimes not all internationals go to hotels other than that it's all good

It’s a really nice hotel, good location, well kept in general, staff are nice

The actual rooms however are not worth 900 Euros for a 5 night stay… The room cleaning staff were really friendly and obviously keen to clean.. but every day would knock, not wait for you to answer and just go ahead and walk into the room, every day I got walked in on in my underwear. It didn’t matter if you left the tag on the door saying you were in there or actually went out into the hallway and asked staff not to come in today.. they would just walk in. Tea and coffee making facilities with no spoons, a shower that didn’t stay upright, the bathroom door was so heavy and constantly got caught on the carpet.. I got stuck in there several times and my boyfriend had to open it for me. No moisturiser in the dispenser. Advertises a “mini bar” in room, however this was a fridge which wasn’t very cold, we stored food in there as we have special diets and my partner got food poisoning and spent his only night of my stay being very sick. 5 Euros for a bottle of water from the bar

Very nice staff

Terrible facilities, reception is not staffed to receive many guests at same time. We waited over 1 hour to check in. Elevator capacity is also a big problem.

Very close to Linate airport and to the place where I have my meetings. Restaurant was good.

Room is old. Window glasses were kind of blinded (like acid treated) with no view to outside, giving impression of being enclosed. A/C air was coming out from some place attached to the table, so when working you need to switch off A/C. Wifi limited for 3 devices.
