The location was perfect, the views were fabulous and the staff were wonderfully helpful and smiling always! We loved out stay.

The staff is excellent and caters to you extremely well. The location is wonderful with beautiful views and the layout from bar to terrace restaurant on the hillside allows you to enjoy the property in different ways from aperitivo to dinner. The breakfast options are varied, missing absolutely nothing and the restaurant menu with its florentine beef and excellent wine list will not disappoint. But again, the staff is unique in their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond...like reopening the bar at 1:30 in the morning for 2 gin and tonics after a wonderful diner on their terrace.

The building on the other side of the main residence is right on the road and as soon as the week starts, so does the noise in the early morning. If noise is an issue for you, make sure to stay in the main building facing the hillside.

This place blew me away. Gorgeous view, sweet welcome gift upon arrival for our honeymoon and very friendly and accommodating staff. It had such a wonderful charm about it while also feeling upscale.

Really fabulous hotel. Great location on the edge of the village. The hotel was gorgeous. Beautiful room, restaurant, common areas and pool area. Stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Staff so lovely and helpful, we had a room upgrade and late check out which was great, and the staff were helpful recommending things in the local area. Wonderful massage at the spa too. I highly recommend. I didn’t want to leave!

breakfast spread can be better for gluten free and lactose intolerant , was a bit disappointed with the selection. could have better soap and shampoo than the ones provided. no ironing board in the room.

Nice resort but outdated. Restaurant needs a new chef for sure.

A spacious garden suite which was private and kept clean. Front desk staff were always very helpful and also the breakfast team. Marco at the pool bar was very amiable.

Very limited and non creative dinner menu and overpriced for what it was. We stopped eating there after 2 nights. Breakfast offering was very plain compared to other hotels in Italy..very basic in every respect. The overall price for our stay was far to high for what we received. The Spa treatment environment was very poor.

It's a hotel you like or not like. I liked it. It's in the heart of Chianti, a bit raw but at the same time elegant. We had good recommendations from reception to visit Volpaia and Bar Ucci.

As said it's raw Tuscany but breakfast was under the level you expect. Yes there are wasps, but indeed, something should be changed on that breakfast thing.

The staff was so kind to us. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. They surprised us with flowers and a bottle of wine in our room to help us celebrate. We had dinner at the restaurant there for our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The view was amazing and the pool was great on the hot days! We enjoyed it so much we ended up changing our plans and staying there another night!

The location was excellent. The hotel was beautiful and had beautiful views. Room was nice and tidy and had good airconditioning. The pool was very nice and also the poolbar. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and had good selection. They also had a laundry and ironing service for extra cost, which was nice.

The hotel restaurant where breakfast was also served had a lot of wasps. Eating nearby the panoramic view was impossible beacause the wasps were allover your food. It seemed like many customers were suffering with the wasps but the staff weren’t really doing anything about it. I recommend to eat inside. We tried the hotel restaurant only one night when there was a blackout so they couldn’t serve anything else than grilled meats. The restaurant view was beautiful but you couldn’t really enjoy it because of the wasps. The food was ok but nothing exceptional. The restaurant was quite expensive compared to other restaurants in Radda.
