Diese Ebene umfasst eine schöne Terrasse mit bequemen Sofas für 4 Personen. Gehen Sie nach oben in die oberste Etage des Hauses, um die Gourmetküche mit maßgefertigten Schränken, Wolf-Herd, Weinkühlschrank und Bar-Sitzgelegenheiten für 3 Personen mit einem kleinen Fernseher zum Anschauen zu finden. The condo was adorable. Clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen. Loved that firewood was provided.

The house was wonderful. Beds and pillows very good. Layout was good and with multi level you weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was amazing. Decor was beautiful.

Hot tub photos look good, but don't be fooled. It doesn't work and will not be fixed any time soon. We were informed of this only after the final payment.

The property was absolutely beautiful and we had no complaints. However, after a full day of skiing, the thing we look forward to the most is a hot tub. We did not know it was broken. If we had known that, I am not sure we would rented this property.

This is an excellent property. It should be noted in description that there is no handicapped accesibility to this property and is not suitable for the elderly because of the many stairs to access property and in the oroperty itself. The hottub did not work and not sure if the heater was working in the pool. There were no umbrellas by the pool for use. Overall, this is an exceptionally clean and extremely luxurious property.

Our family of 9 had an amazing stay. Ranging in age from 65 to 2 years, the space was perfect. We were delighted with the location, and close proximity to everything. The shuttles ran every 15 minutes and also readily available via a quick app request.
The double den space was awesome, it allowed for everyone to have a spot, whether watching TV or lounging by the fire. Included in this space is a small game table for puzzles and games, we loved that!
The kitchen was well stocked, including a wine fridge :) a definite plus.
The large capacity washer and dryer made keeping up with our groups laundry needs a breeze. The machines were large and very efficient / fast!
We loved the multi levels that allowed everyone to have their own space, we will be back!

We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful home in a great location. The home gives you a very cozy mountain feel. We made a fire every night in the beautiful fireplace. We walked one evening to the village. Which was a nice option instead of the shuttle. Would highly recommend!

We selected this property because it had a "hot tub and fitness center just steps away". In reality, the hot tub hadn't worked in weeks and never worked while we were there. The fitness center is not a center at all. It is a small room with two cardio machines and some dumbbells. One the cardio machines was broken the entire visit. Needless to say we called the property manager and I expressed how disappointed we were. We ended up cutting our trip short because it just wasn't what we had hoped for. Let me preface by saying I never write reviews, but I felt compelled on this one. "iTrip" property management was a total mess from the beginning. Person (James) that met us at the house to let us in told us they'd call to give us the status of whether or not the house was ready. It was ready, so he wanted us to meet NOW. That was great the house was ready early, but we expected just a heads up- not a "you have to meet me now" type of vibe. We just sat down at lunch not imagining it would be ready and I told him I would gladly leave lunch to meet him. He seemed very put out. He said no, I will inspect house first then let you know when it's ready for you. Then, he kept texting while at lunch saying he had to get back to his daily routine. OK???? I was so confused. Lunch with a baby does not last for more than 30 minutes. Hurried up shortly after original call and got to the house and the highchair they said would be there, wasn't. I asked him kindly if he could grab one when he gets a chance and he acted like it was my fault and he wasn't advised to bring one with him. I told him I spoke with Kris (manager) and he frantically looked at his phone to try and prove me wrong.
Sure enough, it was in his notes and he was so frazzled and bothered he did not pay attention to the notes. THEN, he showed up unannounced the next day for the lightbulb we told him he did not need to bring (the bathroom already had light in it!). Two days later, our things were moved around inside the house. Baby bottles missing, things disheveled. My husband called property management and they said nope, no one was in the house. As things got weirder, we really wanted to know who was in the house with jewelry and cash laying around- it was a sense of privacy that was unsettling to us. ESPECIALLY with a baby on the ground floor that was napping throughout the day. The property manager only texted back he THINKS he solved the mystery- it "might be" the house cleaners. House cleaners?! Never got confirmation, or an apology. Plus, we did not have house cleaning service. Thank goodness it was our last night. Overall, the house was fine (LOTS of stairs and very spread out), but iTrips creeped us out.

Beautiful home with top of the line finishes and everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Great check-in process. Be ready for some stairs, but they are totally worth it. Home has a great layout with four separate floors of living area and two outside decks. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
