Cost of parking.

Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was convenient to the water front. The towels were nice.

No water in the room, no tea or coffee. There was also nothing in the lobby. It wasn't great value for money in terms of what we got in the rooms. Probably one of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at and the facilities weren't great.

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã, hotel bastante silencioso, decoração do hotel, elevador, iluminação do quarto, espaço do quarto, sofá e conforto da cama.

Atendimento poderia melhorar muito... não recebemos ajuda com as malas nem no check-in e nem no check-out (isto porque a entrada do hotel tem vários degraus). A limpeza do quarto também deixou a desejar pois havia cabelos no box do banheiro (que também estava molhado). Custo-Benefício não vale a pena.

Location was terrific. Close to both the Portofina ferry and the train station. Room was comfortable. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. And the staff was amazing. Never a problem. The breakfast was super…so many selections, all delicious. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Truly wonderful

Great air conditioning, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice balcony, hospitable staff very accommodating! Should be 4 star -we preferred it to other 4 star hotels we stayed at in Italy this month.

Excellent staff. They were very helpful with recommending restaurants and answering other questions. All the staff was polite and friendly.

The shower door was difficult to work and we had to call for a repair.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind.

The shower was somewhat dangerous. Very slippery floors and glass doors. My friend is somewhat handicapped but I found it quite slippery also.
