Lokalizacja ok, jednak mało sklepów dookoła. Personel miły i pomocny.

Basen dostępny nie tylko dla gości hotelowych, co w godzinach wieczornych uniemożliwia skorzystanie z udogodnienia, ta sama sytuacja dotyczy siłowni - dodatkowo masa dzieci, co powoduje brak możliwości skorzystania z urządzeń. Siłownia to nie miejsce dla dzieci i powinien być zakaz przyprowadzania osób poniżej 16 roku życia .

Świetna lokalizacja, ładnie urządzone pokoje (polecam te z widokiem na morze), bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie.

Chłodno w pokoju ( kwiecień) - konieczny był dodatkowy grzejnik. Dostęp do strefy SPA mało przyjemny - przejście przez siłownię (słabe oznakowanie), szlafrok za dodatkową opłatą za wypożyczenie z recepcji.

Výborné ubytovanie hneď pri pláži, krásny výhľad na more z izby, cyklotrasy popod oknami. Hotel je skôr blízko Sopotov ako centra Gdańska. Wellness sme každý večer využili -sauny fínska, parné - nefungovala počas nášho pobytu- i infra. Bazén sme nevyužili, pretože more bolo výnimočne teplé.

Śniadanie znakomite, różnorodne. Blisko plaży. Dużo rozrywek w hotelu.

Kabina prysznicowa mogłaby być zabudowana, bo często woda wylewała się poza co skutkowało zalaniem łazienki. Kosze na śmieci w pokojach mogłyby być większe.

Poor cleaniness.. spider webs in room and few of staff was non-welcoming..

Kids loved the swimming pool, I enjoyed the spa area. 2 playrooms worked great for the kids as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us additional hour at the checkout.

There are no much vegetarian and vegan options, food is not marked as vegetarian and vegan. There were no lactose free options, only milk. But the pancakes contained milk and were paired with twarog. That was the most difficult part of the trip. I think the hotel should consider the people who have lactose or gluten intolerance, and offer them more options. But we were offered the food from the other restaurant.

The location is great. Had a great view. We loved it.

The swimming pool was a bit busy with swimming classes taking place. I think it would be nice if there was a pool schedule in the room (so that guests can check if there are any classes, etc.).

Great breakfast (10/10 there) and proximity to the beach, awesome holiday for the whole family. Kids were super happy with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds. I really recommend to all (also great price/value ratio).

Mostly minor things as the stay and hotel was great. But to name all three improvement areas: - Mian point is to be vigilant when exiting the hotel towards the beach - there is a vey busy bike road along the beach and for kids it can be dangerous, - 2nd one is connected with beds - not as comfy as they used to be when the mattresses were new, - lastly there were some minor misses in outdoor cleanliness (it was mainly caused by customers not using bins properly) Otherwise an awesome stay!

Location is at the beach, very good views despite the window did not directly look at the sea. The room and facilities were clean and the staff was really professional. Sport activities are supported by gym and outdoor facilities alike. Nice bar and restaurant.

The two of us did not arrive on the same day. Upon checking in the second person, the first person's keycard no longer worked. The staff admitted the mistake and fixed the issue promptly, so it was only a minor inconvenience for us.
