Great location central to harbour yet quiet at night. Staff were friendly and professional and the facilities are good. Lovely reception and Lounge areas. I like how you can’t reserve sun beds! Turn down service a nice unexpected touch as was daily room cleaning. We are out in various restaurants during our stay but the lunches at the hotel were really excellent quality and I wish we had eaten there in the evening.

Indoor pool/gym need a bit of an upgrade but were clean and adequate. Beds not overly comfortable, but linens and towels fresh.

the staff were amazing, attention to detail was great, always had fresh bottles of water, beds turned down at night along with replacement clean towels. little gifts with notes left throughout our stay. location fantastic, only 20 minute walk along the Maria into Palma old town. Have been going to Palma for years and stayed in different hotels. first time here and won’t be booking anywhere else! Really impressed and value for money considering the exceptional service received

The fact that they have not informed that there are road works just in front of the hotel. What we heard every day , when at the pool were the excavators and the people working and making huge noise.

location, staff and the comfort

The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are super clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and they provide a glass of champagne upon arrival which is a nice touch.

The pool area was next to a busy construction site which made it very loud and not too enjoyable to relax. Also, it takes a good 25-30 minutes to walk to Palma centre, so it is not super central.

The room facilities, the hotel facilities and the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The breakfast is great.

Breakfast, terrace area, pool area, lounge, bar were all delightful. Felt somewhat the lesser guest in the bar not with a red card. The location was great. Such a lovely view and walk into the town. The room was a little disappointing . It was not a deluxe standard room compared with deluxe rooms I've stayed in. It was small, there was no cooffee machine, the wardrobe hanging space was very limited the view was over a building site but it was very clean and , the beds were incredibly comfortable .

The people that work in this hotel are fantastic. Friendly, courteous and really helpful.

The location is quite central but there is extensive building work going on left, right and centre which is noisy during the day. There is a new promenade being built that is expected to last for 3 years. More information on this should have been given at the time of booking. There is also a busy road at the main entrance. The reception area, pool and main bar are really nice and calm but the bedroom decor is quite old and tired. They do have great views of the port and cathedral though if you can ignore the building noise.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Having breakfast overlooking the beautiful view was the highlight of our stay.
