Room was comfortable, chicken skewers where nice from the bar. Staff where on it.
Breakfast was pretty low quality. It was right on top of a hill so walking up and down a massive hill was a bit bad.

Habitación limpia, pedí una doble de matrimonio y nos encontramos dos camas de 1.35 separadas pero bueno las juntamos nosotros.
La atención de recepción no fue nada buena, 0 amables, te hablaban con superioridad y 0 empáticas, básicamente les daba igual lo que te pasara.

Breakfast was fine. Stayed for dinner one evening and food choice was limited.room was very clean. Staff were great. Would have liked kettle in room but that's a small thing. No real complaints.

Very close to nice beaches. We had a perfect sea view from balcony. Great for relax. Nice pool and pool bar. Quiet area.

1) Reception personal (young girls, irresponsable, not careful, make a lot of mistakes). First did't give a room as booked. Then next room was next to some kind of technical elevator. Sound was innoing, couldn't sleep. Then asked to move to another room. That one was ok.
2) Parking very, very narrow, access cards not working proprely because of point above. And cost is 15 eur/day. Problems on each try of leave or coming home.
3) Personnel (particulary women which are collecting diahes etc. ) at breakfast every morning unsatisfied. Droping (collecting) dirty dishes and cutlery very loudly on purpose.
4) Door lock bad, very laoud when closing. Sound isolation of rooms bad.
5) Very crowded place. We didn't like it, like making money on catle.
Over all - next time we wouldn't choose this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Good location. We really liked the nearest beach, quiet and cozy for a family with a child. The hotel is away from the noisy center. The food in the restaurant was also amazing. We have already visited this hotel twice!

Location is good hotel is actually nice good breakfast
We got no sleep as music playing all night in corridor through hotel speakers rang reception 3 times and complained but was ignored .unruly guests running up and down shouting at 4.30 am ,rang reception nothing done .Also took 35 minutes at check in desk to check in as only one receptionist.

We had a really spacious sea view room, very clean, on the 7th floor, great view, extremely comfortable beds and a small minibar. Breakfast was of wide choice. Communication was great before arrival. It was really good price - value, I wish we could have stayed longer.
Check in was a nightmare. We arrived very late (23:45) and we managed to get the room we booked for the third time and it took like half an hour. The first room was not sea view (what we booked, the receptionist was stating that booking.com made a mistake, but he mixed up our booking with another person's booking), the second room was only for 2 persons (we booked for 3), then we got the correct keys for our seaview room, but the receptionist forgot to mention it is in another building, so we had another turn :(. It is in the busy part of Salou and also a bit noisy with the many guests, so if you look for something quiet, it might not be the place for you.

we were on the 6th floor and I think the attic was above us. sometimes strong noises were heard.

The hotel is great, clean rooms, not so far from the center - 15min walk, 2 beaches near the hotel, the food in the lobby bar was good, the staff was super kind. We had a breakfast included that was fantastic - a lot of choice, good coffee and everything was fresh and delicious. The best thing was that the breakfast is until 10:15h so we could sleep a bit more and still have a breakfast, thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

Very little, would rate it above 3 star personally, location maybe a little 5 or 10 minute from town, but that suited us as town was a little busy.

The hotel is very close to the beach, not the central one, but I liked this one even better. There are long and pretty steep stairs though. It was ok for me, kept in form )
The centre of the city is not far.
The meals are really great.
The house keeping works very good. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every day.
The view from our 6th floor was splendid.
We asked for a kettle and it was given for free.
The hotel really deserves 4 stars.

The balcony and the view from the room over the Mediterranean was great. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well located hotel.
Breakfast was ok, not dazzling. We pre-booked a late check out but the reception staff kept rotating and apparently they didn't know the late check out procedure so we were treated twice as if we were squatting in the room without paying. :_(

The noise but it was August so extremely busy in Salou.

it had air conditioning
rooms were clean but there was a large brown stain on one of the throes, a cigarette burn on a sheet and the pillows were very hard. The canteen like buffet was plentiful but rather basic food. it was relatively expensive for the quality and location.
