Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption; reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet; saubere Zimmer; deutschsprachiges Fernsehen gab es auch; Baduntensilien wurden (bei Bedarf) täglich aufgefüllt

Es ist ein gut geführtes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt nichts, worüber man sich ernsthaft beschweren konnte.

Perfect location. Helpful staff. Clean, and very comfortable rooms. Room safe in the room. Excellent breakfast, with wide choice of hot and cold options. For those who want it, you can even have a glass of bubbly included with your breakfast!

A minor issue for us, but some guests might not appreciate the noise from people outside in the early hours. We had a streetside room, and wanted to sleep with the balcony door open!

Hotel maravilhoso. Limpo, ótimo atendimento, camas e banho confortáveis, ótima localização. Café da manhã também muito bom, fiquei 4 dias, e os 4 dias tinham as mesmas opções de comida, mas tudo muito bom.

As pessoas que trabalham no café da manhã poderiam ser mais cordiais.

Great location

An awful smell developed from the drains in the bathroom, it became so bad we had to be moved to another room. The staff were really helpful though & quickly found us another room.

Un vero hotel a 3 stellle nel Barjo Gottico di Barcelona, affianco il comune, dietro la cattedra e al centro della Rambla, La camera non grandissima ma comoda, il letto nella norma, la collazione molto completta e varia.

Il prezzo elevato visto il periodo di gennaio, il caffè molto leggero, molte comittive di Italiani. Non è proprio accesibile ai disabili troppi scale e scivoli fuori norma.

La pisizione

Partiamo dal fatto che ho prenotato con pagamento in struttura ma con una settimana di anticipo mi hanno addebitato la prima notte, e già questa la trovo una pratica assai scorretta, spazi ridotti per una tripla, dalle tubature del bagno usciva un terribile odore di fogna, niente frigo bar ( lo uso per deporvi dei farmaci, mi hanno dato la possibilità di tenerlo in un frigorifero comune) niente bollitore in camera, televisore con telecomando non funzionante.

Colazione ottima, stanza funzionale e mediamente grande! Bagno comodo!

Mai bine la categoria lui nu se putea. Curatenie exemplara, confort, amplasare foarte buna, personal bine pregatit. Masa nu am servit-o la hotel, ca am vrut experimentare in diverse locuri, ceea ce amplasarea ne-a permis din plin. Noi am cautat sa fie aproape de Palau de la Musica Catalana, unde mergeam la un superb concert in prima seara, dar am avut surpriza placuta sa fim in inima vechiului cartier Ciutat Vela, unde e grozav si doar sa te plimbi, sa admiri locurile si sa descoperi localuri cu veche traditie si preturi prietenoase, aproape de tot ce ne-a interesat: la cativa pasi de Rambla, Boqueria, Piata Catalunya, de Muzeul Picasso, Catedrala, muzee, mare, statie de metrou.

Excelente 👌 desayuno y el servicio bueno 👍 buena ubicación pero en las noches había ruidos en la calle fuertes ii además la habitación que me toco la 412 era muy peligrosa la ducha.

Some staff from the reception desk not very reliable on providing taxi related reservations.

Great location, easy check in and luggage storage. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.

The air conditioner did not work properly not matter how many times the staff came to try and adjust it.

every day same breakfast , no changes, no kettle and no fridge in the room, also bathroom utensils only shampoo and soap , no gel or anything else

Clean, nice, comfortable, nice breakfast and an excellent location. Will be staying here next time for sure.

I have no complains

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had everything.

We are not used to displaying "do not disturb" sign on the door so two times people entered our room while we were asleep at 5 p.m. The first time it was a maintenance person and he lectured us on how to put the sign on the door. The second time it was a housekeeping and she didn't wait for the answer and just opened the door. Both times we were very inconvenienced. Another thing is the supplies they give you or rather not give you: one tiny soap for two people a day for both hand washing and shower. Seriously. Housekeeping did not show up on the second day so we had 2 tiny round soaps for 3 days. They also gave us two paper cups for 3 days which we used and reused until I took a glass from the breakfast area. Another thing was the internet which worked ok but one morning there was no internet and it affected our morning plans (and remote work as well). It was fixed but a few hours later only.
