Good location. Very central to what we needed. Good parking facilities, if somewhat pricey.

The cleaning team left our room visibly unlocked, leaving our property insecure. The shift manager told us the manager would be in touch, but they never bothered. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton. We won't be back. Also, sellotape on the ceiling and a drawing pin on the side, which made us dubious as to how well the rooms had been cleaned. Room was TINY.

Room compact, bathroom small but it was sufficient for our needs. Shower brilliant. Bed very comfortable. Room had lovely view over river and was very quiet. It is a great location for events at SEC and Hydro. Train station also within walking distance. There is a lovely seating area outside beside river. I'm sure it is great to sit there in the summer. Minnie was excellent in maintaining the dining room, actively cleaning tables and ensuring guests were seated as soon as possible. She had an extremely pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble. Steven was also very pleasant and helpful.

Checking in was slow as only one receptionist on duty. Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice. Fried eggs and poached eggs left on hot plate which did'nt really keep them warm. Slow to fill up breakfast items from kitchen.

Location excellent for attending concert at Hydro. Breakfast very tasty and good value for money. Comfortable bed

Stain on carpet in room. Drinks at the bar far too expensive would have spent more time there if this had not been the case as view is excellent of the river.

Great staff - Customer service was on point. Rooms were clean, and the location was ideal.

Room had a slight off smell coming from the fridge however with the window open this was fine.
