Breakfast was excellent with nice lapland goodies. The spa is quite small but also nice and clean. The room is appropriate with a view to the front of buildning (and a lot of reindeers).

Breakfast was very good! Beautiful location. Big rooms where is small fridge and electric kettle.
Spa is very small and old (but at least there is a spa). The decor of the rooms are very old, there were no proper curtains (could be quite bright nights here in North).

Cozy cabin with mini kitchen, private sauna and fire place (they provide the logs for no extra cost, which was a very nice touch). The location was quite with beautiful surrounds. There is a small convenience shop 3mins by walk with drinks and snacks, quite handy. There is a coach leaving from outside Rovaniemi airport and stops just outside the hotel, very easy access. The breakfast was great, good choices and quality of food. The restaurant bistro was fantastic, very good tasty food.
We didn’t have time to try the spa (it cost an additional €17), unfortunately.
We wanted more time there, but not the hotel’s fault :)

I simply loved staying here. The hut was so warm and cozy. Beds were comfortable and clean. Private sauna was also there and it was amazing experience. There is private parking infront of the hut. Breakfast was acceptable.

We loved our log cabin with the whole family in bunk beds. So cosy and comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The setting is just spectacular.
We didn't realise swimming wasn't included with our booking, so this was a very expensive extra. 46 euro for a family of 4 to use a tiny pool, and the use of towels not even included in that price, they would have been 5 euro per person! (We just used our towels from the cabin)

The Location is very nice
The facilities in general are quite old and the spa is really not what it looks like on the pictures. It is very small, people can look inside the are from the corridors of the hotel. Overall it feels a little overpriced

The breakfast spread was wonderful and the cabin had more beds than we needed (really long beds :P) - super comfortable though! And the hotel was close to the Amethyst mine and we also saw the Aurora Borealis through the window! All in all, total value for money.
Would’ve been nice to have some lights along the walking path between the cabins and the reception because it was hard to find the way in the dark while going to get dinner or groceries.

The place in overall was alright quite basic but nice. The restaurant and staff from the restaurant was the only thing that was great
It was old, the beds were very small, the Spa was old and small, I guess you call spa anything with a pool and sauna

The Breakfast was very good! Tasty scrambled eggs and silky porridge, good bacon.
The accommodation was good for 2 adults. The kitchen was a bit worn out. Bed linen and towels where clean and nice.
The sauna was excellent.
The kitchen and bathroom furniture need upgrading.

For the quality of the overall breakfast, the fruit juices (orange, blueberries etc) were way too diluted...probably 2/3 water and 1/3 juice..

Very nice cabins, nice spa, nice bar/restaurant. And also the service they offer with Lapland Safari's is very good! Everything was well taken care of and very corona proof.
The Wifi wasn't good reception in de cabin unfortunately, which was too bad. In the hotel it was good reception. Other than that everything was perfect.

maybe little bit basic/dated but we don't go to remote places to enjoy luxury and latest tech;
probably the richest buffet breakfast we've ever had, based on local resources with good choice of gluten- and dairy-free foods;
dinners in the restaurant - not that many dishes to choose from but freshly made to very high standard;
could borrow a bobsleigh free of charge for kids to enjoy snow
shower gulley is not in the lowest point - so you flood the toilet and the sauna whilst showering...
