Very well situated, with lovely view (from our appartment’s balcony). Possibility to eat on the balcony. Although on the main street of the village, very calm at night but there is very little traffic apart from the bus. Bakery just below, other shops nearby. Several nice restaurants in the village. Kitchenette with Nespresso machine. Beds are good. Functional appartment for 2. Free parking in underground garage. Flexibility to check-in with keys in safe. The bonuses in this offer are the sauna, which we used once after a hike on a rainy day and had it all to ourselves, and the Stubai Super Card that is included in the price of the apartment. This card entitles to free use of cable lifts, public transport and the swimmingpool in the village and lots more. We left the car in the parking for the whole week and visited the surrounding sites like Innsbrück and the Stubai Gletsjer by bus. Relaxing, great sightseeing, no parking issues and better for the climate than your own car, Really recommended !

The kitchen content (dishes, glasses) is a bit limited. Eg. There was only one large beer glass and one small water glass, no wine glasses. The appartment was clean but not spic & span, we found some breadcrumbs in one corner (behind one of the curtains) and on the table cloth. Dust on top of the bedroom cupboard. So cleaning could be done more thorougly. The rest was clean. These were details but could be avoided to achieve a 100% satisfaction rate :-) It did not prevent us from having a great week!

Nice little place and very kind and helpfull personale

We are travelling with 3 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The apartment is 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed and single bed, second bedroom has queen size beds with blankets and many towels. Living room has sleep couch for 2 person. It’s super clean, homey and has everything to host a family. We requested a cot and the owner provided it including linen, Blanket n small pillow, very kind. The house has bathroom and toilet separated, clean n equipped with washing machine. Kitchen has everything needed and fully functional including all cutlery. The surroundings is breathtaking view with many restaurants and boulevard that many people hangout for dinner n drinks in the evening. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The only downside: Wi-Fi is only reachable in the hallway/front door and can’t be detected in the house at all. Nevertheless, We are very happy and recommend this apartment to others with 6-8 guests or a family!

Spacious apartment in the center of the town. Welcoming hosts. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. All was good.

We stayed in one of several apartments , slap bang in the middle of the village. We collected the keys from the cafe next door where we also had a good breakfast. The flat was small, but had a balcony with a great view , and the added bonus of a sauna and steam room in the building. It couldn't have been better !

The location, you are very close to the mountains, bakery next door, a sauna+steam room, the bed is pretty comfortable I slept so good those two nights or maybe was our sauna session before bed. The flat has everything to prepare your meals. I found the place very cozy

1. Very nice location, centrally, close to all restaurants and bars. 2. Underground parking for guests. 3. Very spacious rooms with kitchen, relax area, full size dining table etc. 4. Sauna is a nice addition to the stay here. 5. Just 15-20min drive to Stubai Glacier.

1. Parking is very tight (hard to get in with 180 tight turn and then park in the parking spot between columns) 2. Would be nice to get some ski boots driers.

Beautiful location and apartments, stress free arrival (we could pick up our keys at any time in the safe). Pet friendly, clean, comfortable. Morning views were gorgeous and the coffee was great.

Generally quite clean with friendly and accommodating staff. And there is a sauna available in the early evening!

Pillows were a bit old and flat and there was a rotten smell coming from the sink. Apartment was visibly clean however
