El buffet molt bo, tot i q una mika massa picant havent canalla. Servei neteja 3r pis excel·lent (lily, encantadora i servicial) Treballadors excel·lent sempre amb un somriure. Poder usar dues terrasses i piscines. Jefe de sala rapido y eficaz, un diez. Bona gestió del personal, donant-nos facilitats per canvi de dies dels àpats. Mini disco genial.

Que enderrerissin l'espectacle de màgia pq hi havia molta gent sopant, quan l'espectacle estava anunciat des de feia dies. Al final va venir poca gent més i ens vam haver esperar per res. I q usés el català últim i de forma casi excepcional. Piscina blaucel petita i molt atapeida de gent. Difícil la gestió de l'ascensor. Irrespectuós els de l'habitació 306, fumant dins habitació i que no els diguessin res.

Fine hotel, as expected standard. Food was better than expected.

The dining area is situated in the basement. Many Russians at the hotel, and they are greeted in Russian by the staff.

The room was very comfy and with excellent views, the food at the restaurant very good and the pool was perfect

The hotel was just what I expected and more. The hotel staff was kind and helped me to stay at the hotel easily. The location was very close to the beach so I could enjoy too.

For the business purpose short stay, it was good enough. I could not see any of the improvement points. Easy to park, good food, good bar to haung around, etc.

The staff are excellent especially on Reception , location suited are needs , lunch and evening dining had plenty of choice .

Breakfast menu was poor and limited in choice.

This hotel is located more than 3 km from the station - recommended by taxi (approx. 15 eur). Location by the sea, next to the campsites, quiet, peaceful. Near the hotel there is a promenade stretching all the way to the old town and the marina. Close to several grocery stores. With the purchased breakfasts, the hotel staff gave us dinners for free. Varied meals, themed dinners - everyone will find something for themselves, there is even too much food. Drinks with dinner are additionally payable. Fruit available at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast from 7.30 a.m., dinner from 7.00 p.m. The property has an outdoor pool and a swimming pool. In the evenings, music by the pools. The service is very nice, multilingual (next to Spanish - also French and English) - special thanks to the helpful and smiling Begonia. Catering room service very efficient - nods to the room manager, live cooks and waiters. Rooms unexpectedly large, with comfortable balconies and sea views. Towels changed daily.

It seems that 2 elevators are not able to efficiently handle all those waiting during rush hour - we often descended from the 6th floor, because the waiting time was too long.

Very good location and the food was amazing.

Lack of cleanness (dirty room and bathroom) and the housekeeping was smoking on the floor so there was cigarette smoke in the room.

We had an excellent experience at Blaucel. The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, well varied and themed. The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The animation team provided good entertainment, particularly liked the Flamenco and Magic Night. The beach is a 3-5 min walk. It was not overcrowded (end of August). On our the last day, we were given picnic lunch boxes, very thoughtful.

Perhaps, the lifts need to be improved.
