The area we were in was perfect, the staff were lovely, food great especially breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a walk-in shower, but it didn't affect our enjoyment of holiday

The hotel was fabulous, very clean and rooms were lovely, food was great and a beautiful fresh breakfast every day buffet, nice location 10 mins by taxi to the city, staff were lovely and friendly

The air conditioning wasn’t turned on as yet, heating was on but it got too stuffy at times

Breakfast was advertised as 7am, but on weekend it's 7:30 but no body said anything until there was a line up at 7:05. Not good when most travellers want to get going on the road

Excellent Hotel ! The room was big and very clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and had a lot of choices. the staff was really nice too.

Told when booked in reception on arrival breakfast served to 11 both husband and myself were told this went down for breakfast at 10.20 told everything put away rude waitress go to bar I didn’t get any orange juice etc before our fry was so annoyed unhappy

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All facilities were first class. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting or travelling to Galway.

As informed by one of the managers they don’t advertise as a family hotel therefore no amenities for children even though they took my booking for children

Got upgraded to a de luxe suite free of charge on arrival.Room was excellent and I have to say the food in the Bistro was first class.The staff were excellent.
