Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo, ambiente splendido, cibo ottimo, il personale di sala guidato da Radu, gentile ed estremamente efficiente.
Io , mia moglie e mia figlia, ci siamo sentiti coccolati ogni giorno.
Splendida animazione, tutto lo staff, ha reso ogni giorno diverso, con passeggiate, escursioni e divertimento per i bambini la sera.
Zona wellness di livello assoluto.
Se non avete avuto il piacere di provare questa struttura, vi consiglio di provarla , noi ci torneremo anche il prossimo anno.

I have to mention the waiter/manager of the dining part - Radu, who was exceptional, loving and patient with children. Great hospitality.
Our standard room was like a match box😂 very small. If someone needs more space like myself, ask for a room with 4 beds.

We had a spacious triple room with mountain view. It was a great stay, great location, delicious food and nice staff. The ski shuttle to get to the slopes is very helpful and spa after ski is relaxing. Special thanks to Radu for the hospitality.

Great value for money. Friendly staff - waiters, drivers, receptionist, housekeeping- helpfull and allways in a good mood and smile on their face. This made our experience even better. Amazing dinners- evenings 4 course menu was excellent, very tastefull. Nice location with slopes 5 min drive - shuttle available at any time.
We chose this hotel mainly for the kids entertainment, the tobbogan. But the kids didnt like the long waiting in the que for it. Maybe the supervising staff could let the kids go in earlier. Also there is a small finnish sauna for a few people, so it was allways crowded.

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel.
Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun.
We are coming back to this hotel soon.

Overall we were very pleased with the holiday. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Everyone from the wellness centre, restaurant, bar, reception, drivers treated us very well.

The hotel fulfills everything it promises. The staff is helpful. Great food and relaxation offer in the pool or wellness. We were very satisfied with the service throughout the stay

The property was very clean, and the room we had was spacious and nice! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially since they had more than the typical Italian sweet options.
Dinner was also very good.
The only thing that should be mentioned in the hotel description, that isn't, is that the water slide only operates once a day for 1.5 hours. From 1600 to 1730.
But other than that it was a great stay in a very nice hotel.
